Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Colleyville

I went to this location to pick up a Door Dash order and had to leave 20+ minutes later with no order. I had to drop the order. I went in and told staff I was there for so and so's order and was told it'd be a "moment". I stood in front of the counter and simply waited. After 10 minutes, I watched tons of drive thru customer's being helped and they clearly had the priority more than the people physically in the store. People who walked in after me got their order before me and left. The order I was picking up wasn't hard. Just 1 sandwhich and 1 bagel with shmear. I then heard the same staff member who talked to me tell them to work on my Door Dash order because I had been waiting for a while. They said "We'll start working on it now." 10 more minutes pass after that. People who walked in the store 15 minutes AFTER me ordered and got their order before me. Clearly my order was being ignored. I finally had to go to the counter and ask about the order I was picking up to be told "We don't have the french toast bagel.".. They were ignoring me and not working on my order for 20 minutes because they didn't have something in the order. They didn't even tell me or address it. They just ignored my order and moved onto the next. I just had to walk out and drop the order. Nobody ever apologized once or acknowledged me standing right in front of them. Luckily, I don't depend on DD for main income and it wasn't busy that day, so I didn't drop the order earlier.. but that was absolutely ridiculous. I was baffled they made me stand there for 20 minutes, ignored me, and never apologized. They never told me what the issue was so I could communicate with the customer I was picking up for. So they wasted my time and my customer's time. I don't know if he ever got his food. Durin my 20 minutes of being there, I heard them mess up 2-3 other people's orders. I don't think I will accept anymore orders from this location. They wasted my time and clearly prioritize the drive-thru line. People who came in had to go sit and wait for a long time.. I was never given the order and ignored so people who work with Door Dash are clearly forgotten about and they don't even care to...

I was finishing my pkg delivery route, and I was famished. I decided to treat myself to a bagel sandwich that in the past had been prepared "above amazing" at the Einstein Bagel Brothers located at Basswood and the I-35 South Service Road in North Fort Worth.

Let's just say that the quality of the food product I received was not equivalent nor greater than the $14+ dollars I spent on the meal.

I was well into my commute heading home when I opened the sandwich to notice an excessively toasted bagel with the hash brown topping.

I ordered the bacon tomato avocado sandwich with the tomato sauce on the side. Please add mayo, extra bacon, and no egg.

I had a huge piece of ALMOST burnt bread with extremely skimpy servings of avocado, tomatoes, bacon and no mayo. I kinda feel as if I received the scrapings/bottom of the ingredients Barrel.

Now, on to the blackberry lemonade. It didn't have enough blackberry flavoring and there was an after taste after drinking the lemonade.

Overall, this location was a fail. $14+ is too much to spend on food that disappoints
