Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Colleyville

I bought the pop corn chicken and french fries from this place and its my 2nd experience of getting old smelling food . I bought it for my daughter and she did not eat it and I ate one piece and came to know why she was not eating . Its was smelling like bad oil fried food/stock. I decided to take the food back and asked an employee to let the manager know that i want to talk and also told the reason with the food and receipt . I waited there and on one came out( may be they were busy), I kept the food with the receipt on the window , I left as I dont want to waste my time and they were not concerned about their job and my time.

So friends please see if the food is fresh or edible before you give it to yours kids. Very bad experience and we will not but any food from any of sonic locations from today onwards , Sonic should realize that we have other drive through food place also in USA .

If a manager is reading this review please check your food ( pop corn chicken stock or just eat one to see if its safe for giving to your customers. Also I called the phone number listed for this store from google map and its not even ringing and goes to voicemail that not working. So if the owner/ Manager is reading this post , please make sure you update a working phone number so that we can...

This one here in colleyville, I don't live here but was in the area and stopped for a couple drinks on the app. Got the drinks and they tasted like either the carbonated water was out or the syrup. Had the drinks remade and they still tasted bad. The server says oh well no one else has complained🤷 seriously 😒. Oh so now I'ma liar? Hmm ok I hope that they decide next time that if 1 person says something is wrong they stop to check it. I hate to think of all the people that stopped for drinks in a hurry didn't taste them until God where they were going or home or whatever to find out those drinks were no good either but don't have the time to take them back or to go through the rigmarole of getting their money back for those said terrible tasting drinks if you don't care about people and what they're eating and drinking why are you in the business of serving people food and drinks? We should be doing better serving one another in all areas we are out here in this world together serving each other one way or another without all of us working together it doesn't work...

After my order was processed i was informed that 1 item was not available anymore, the Chicago dog, and they ran out of another, cinisnacks. I waited a long time, when they finally brought the food I was informed they would need to run my card again and issue a refund from the previous purchase. This location usually does a decent job but they failed on several levels this time. Hopefully next time will be better. EDIT: After continuing to patronize this location I have had issues Almost every time I go there. They are less than a half mile so the location is very convenient. But I will say without any hesitation NO ONE THERE gives a rip about customer service, food quality, or what anyone thinks about this location. This includes management and franchise owner. I have made attempts to let them know when there is a mistake. All I get are excuses without even offering to make it right. I will not be going back after my experience...
