GameStop — Attraction in Collier Township

Not a frequent gamer, stopped in to purchase a used game. Not only are the prices borderline offensive (used games 4 times the prices of new games from any online store, no joke!), the young staff were extremely rude. I witnessed one lash out at a young child over absolutely nothing, making him cry right in front of the parent rather than take appropriate action and speak to the one responsible for the kid. As for buying, it is clearly only worth purchasing anything if you are a member of its rewards system, but no one seemed to care to give any details about that. Overall, I'd recommend anywhere over this place- even the Washington Game Stop, for a friendlier (and more spacious) environment, and suggest that the Bridgevile staff take courses in how to appropriately handle its customers, especially ones with...

All the staff members were very friendly and eager to help me and answered all of my questions. They have a great selection of games, accessories, and pre-owned items for sale at cheaper prices. The highlight of my visit was that I bought the new COD for my son's Xbox S, which was marked as being $69.99. However,ihit ot the game for under $54 due to a sale going on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because their pre-owned XBox controllers were only about $5 cheaper than a brand new controller, which was only $59.19. I know what they say about GameStop...however, I've always had great experiences whenever I shopped there. Usually when I hear horror stories, it wasn't the person telling me the story who was wronged..instead it was a "friend of a friend" or "1 million views-per-clip YouTube streamer" whose video they happened to watch.

Regardless, I've only seen the positive side. Just like any store, always make sure to check the receipt before leaving the store.
