Wow has this place changed. No servers whatsoever. They have a pickup window now where you pick up your pizza. The pizza was very dry, very overcooked. 95.00 for four Cokes two pizzas, and a little time for the kids to play. The kids had fun so I guess it was worth it but the food for 50 some dollars was certainly NOT.. All the pop was water down so bad Cherry Pepsi didn't taste like Pepsi at all, there was absolutely no cherry flavor whatsoever to it The Pepsi itself tasted like carbonated water The only thing that tasted not watered down was the root beer They've changed this place tremendously there's no longer a stage Took away a lot of the fun games too Everything is now digital your tickets are digital and if you win they go on your card However it's not accurate, my son won a lot in the vending machine with high numbers and it only gave him a little over a hundred tickets Meanwhile he had probably close to a thousand tickets Do not like this digital system it takes away from the children's excitement of counting their tickets Also the fact it helps teach them how to count So while they're having fun they're learning and not even realizing This place went downhill BIG TIME... I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon I think the children and I can find a better place to go to have fun

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was really good and the salad bar was amazing, everything there was clean, fresh, really fresh, great quality veggies on the salad bar. The games were good, and all working for the most part. The Boo-tacular was OK, even though I purchased 2 and both sons were dressed in costume, only one of my sons received the goodie bag and treats. The staff was OK, we were very thankful for the younger guy, I forgot his name, but he was SO nice and helpful, knowledgeable and he was very good at making my nervous son feel much better when we arrived and were the only ones wearing a costume at first. I actually thought he was management because he seemed to be the only one who knew anything about the Boo-tacular, he was so helpful, but he wasn't management (but he definitely deserves to be!)

We were there today for my granddaughters second birthday party. Her cousin my grandson who is three is autistic and do many times we go places and workers have no patience either him. Today the young lady who was working the trampoline and slide area could not have been more helpful kind and sweet to him. This girl was truly amazing. I actually left in tears just thinking how great she treated him. It meant the world to us. We appreciated her so much. In a world full of hate right now she was just what our family needed. She’s definitely right for the job. The place was so nice and clean the birthday was a success too.

It was fun for my kids, but very bad service with the staff (her name is Alexia),becuase one of the staff at the reward station was ignoring us! Before us there was a family in line and she dealt with them and was very nice to them. When it was our turn she went to the another reward station and waited for another family to come. The family was still walking there so she just waited. After that family she dealt with 5 other families that were waiting alot less time than us! And my wife told her excuse me and that it was our turn but she just ignored us. Every time my wife told her something she would just give her a dirty look and kept just helping other families that were after us! I had to come in and tell her that it was our turn until she came and helped. She kept giving my kids dirty looks and threw the prizes in a rude way at them. We waited for at least 45 minutes before she helped us!! I mean I know we aren’t from this country but I dont think anyone should be treating people that arent from here disrespectfully. She should get lessons on how to treat different people and some manner lessons and to stop giving innocent people dirty looks. My family and I loved going to chuk E Cheese becuase it was really fun for my kids and it always had a fun atmosphere and people and employees are always so nice, but now we are never going again to the chuk E cheese in Pennsylvania. This is the first incident we had here about someone being disrespectful. I dont think she knows what diversity is and how to deal with people that are diverse. She should also be getting lessons on how to deal with people that are diverse. Please keep a lookout for this employee that works at the chuke E cheese in Pennsylvania, her name is alexia and has blonde and brown hair. Thank you for listening and i hope you dont have the same...

When we first got there to buy our cards for our tokens we stood there and waited for someone to take our order for 10 mins and everyone just kept ignoring us. I asked for service and the manager got an atitude with me saying that only one person can use the register and a bunch of other stuff that was rude. Then she continued to argue in front of everybody about taking orders. CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY! Do you know about it????Everything was okay until I went to order our food. I waited in line for over 25 minutes because there was only ONE person taking orders. The family in front of me had a coupon for a large pizza and was told they couldn't not use it because they didn't have any large pizzas when I saw a guy tossing rough rough with his hands so I'm confused to how they didn't have any large pizzas? They would just toss a larger portion of dough. I ordered our food and surprisngly the lady that was taking my order was smiling and nice to me...can't even imagine how miserable she was with being the only person taking orders by herself. The line was almost to the outside door. I ordered an extra large pizza, wings, and a salad bar. The salad bar was disgusting the ham was BROWN, and the lettuce was wilted. When we finally got our pizza IT WAS THIN AS A PIECE OF PAPER!!!!!!! I ate 10 slices plus my wings and STILL hungry! There was NO taste to the pizza at all it tasted like cardboard. The only decent party about our experience was the games and the kids playing in the tunnels. We spent over 100 bucks today at this place and absolutely REGRET every single cent. Every employee looked miserable and mad it was an...

Man, this place is SO different from what I remember! Just for some context, I was born in 1990, so yeah, a lot has changed.

Where do I even start?

First, it has changed locations from one side of the parking lot to the complete opposite side, lol.

Okay, now for the inside. No more jungle gym. I get it—post-COVID and all that, now there’s a bounce house(it looks like trampolines) that someone’s watching 24/7, and it’ll cost you an extra $12 if you're not part of a party.

And Chuck E.! Wow, he’s looking rough. I swear he’s gone all skinny on us! Put the cheese rocks down! It’s not a big deal; it's really different from the Chuck I knew growing up.

We didn’t eat there this time since we had just finished lunch, but we took my son for his birthday (playtime comes after the food, right?). He had a blast! He's a lot like me—super practical. We both looked at those cars you pay for to move back and forth, and he said, “Those are boring.” (he's 6) He doesn’t hold back, and I love that about him! Some games were a little tricky for him because of his height, but most were fine. A few machines didn’t work because they didn’t pay out, thanks to some ticket glitch (they now use these cards where you load money, and tickets from games go on these cards), or they were just turned off. Plus, we found a bunch of tokens stuck in the coin slots. Sorry, Chuck, but we scored a few free tokens! Maybe have someone check those machines more often?

Overall, the place is pretty decent. I noticed there were security cameras everywhere—like every 3-5 feet, seriously! I felt super safe, and my parents were...
