Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Collier Township

I hate to give Chick-fil-A only 2 stars. However, I am constantly at Chick-fil-A at least couple times a month. But considering this is a new location, these things need to be addperiod for starters they ran out of Waffle fries. So. So when we got there they told us and we had to switch my son's side. He reluctantly chose Mac and cheese. A small Mac and cheese. I clarified. However, I also ordered Mac and cheese on the app I chose the bigger size. Which is my usual because I don't generally get anything else. When we pulled up to get our food They say that they are Out of Mac and cheese . That shouldn't have been a problem for mine however because I ordered a head on the app and she also offered it to us Because they were out of the waffle fries. Anyways,We waited till we got home To eat. Wouldn't you know I was given a small. The same size as my son's. I was perturbed . I was still starving when I was done eating. So I decided I would call the location so that they could correct their error. I left a message. With my name and my number. Nobody returned my call. It was a very disappointing dining experience. I should have least received a call back. I most likely won't return to this location...

Spent a solid hour in the drive-thru tonight - get chewed out by a dude on a motorcycle for blocking the intersection waiting to get in line. Classic Chick-fil-A vibes. Make it to the menu, they tell me everything is cool - pull up to the window, and bam, "Sorry, we're out of salads." Couldn’t have mentioned that when I was at the menu, right? Guess I'll go home and tell the wife it's a no-food night.

So, they give me a "free" sandwich meal. Plot twist: bill's the same (salads are pricier). Also, missing an extra sandwich and 2 drinks. They find the drinks but swear the sandwich is in the bag. I already checked and it wasn’t but they were already so confused I just left. Oh yeah, and no sauces, no ketchup.

This actually has happened multiple times here, they nearly always forget the sauces or even pickles on the classic sandwich.

So then after my hour-long saga, I can't exit the lot. Why? Drive-thru's stopped for 10 minutes and this lady is just blocking the exit while she waits for her turn to get in line - in a hurry so they can mess up her order next.

Seriously an awful chick-fil-a location, awful management, totally unreliable chaotic mess. Go to McDonalds or Sheetz - right down the road, never...

Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this location. We arrived at 8:40pm and pulled into line where we sat over 20 minutes unable to back up, turn around or move forward to leave. Cars continued to line up behind us even while a few cars jiggled to find a way out of line. At 9pm a female worker came out and told us (about eight cars at the end of the lines) that we would not be served but several cars that were waiting at the front of the line would be served. Still unable to get out of the line, we had to wait for the cars in front of us to be served so we could get through. Some potential customers tried to inquire why service was being denied only to be told that the drive through was closed and that it was indicated as such with something that neither they nor I saw— however, it was not closed as we all were able to drive into the two open lanes where we were stuck. On the website, the closing time is listed as 10pm. People were upset, things were said… Sad that this was a Chick-fil-a. We travel a lot and look for the Chick-fil-a signs preferring it to any other fast food. When traveling in this area again, I think we will continue down the highway to a different...
