Green Health Massage — Attraction in Colorado Springs

I use to love visiting this place whenever I came to the springs from Texas but I just left my 90 minute massage and still sitting in the parking lot as I write this review. Not sure who the 2 ladies were one who did my massage and the other who came front the back to help the other girl with trying to make me tip more than I wanted to.

They went from so friendly to me to immediately very rude and upset that they couldn’t get me to tip what they wanted me to tip.

They pulled out their phones and had me translate what “suggested tip amount” meant. It honestly made me not want to give them nothing at all.

The way she snatched my credit card out my hand and threw it back at me after I stood on not giving her the amount she wanted.

I said “thank you” and nothing. No eye contact. No you’re welcome. Just anger and attitude.

As a returning customer I went in happy and left very upset as I sit in my car writing this review.

And I’ve suggested so many of my travel friends in our FB group to come to this place. I will now be making a post for them not to give them the business as I do not want my name attached to such bad manners and unappreciated unprofessional behavior

Hurts my heart to say I will not be returning anymore as I met the owner the first couple of times and he seems to be a great guy. But he needs to have a talk with his staff about etiquette and professionalism

*edit in response to the company reply: the last time I was there and received a massage I tipped $20 to the girl who did it because she did a very good job. This time I only tipped this girl $10 because I felt the service was not quality. She did more stretching on my body and smacking on my body than actual massaging. So tipping more isn’t the issue I have. When I feel the service is worth it I too accordingly. But what you can not do is MAKE someone tip more than they feel they want to based on the quality of service...

Have you heard of the saying "IT HURTS SO GOOD"? But that is not the case today. I booked a 1 hour and 45 mins deep tissue massage to relieve pain specially in my whole left arm. I figured there would be enough time to focus on the part of my body that bothers me the most which is my arm. When I walked in I told the lady that I wanted her to work on my specific arm also bec Im having pain there due to the nature of my work. The lady speaks little to no english and so she prolly didnt understand anything I said. Anyway, the pressure was pretty good just like how I wanted it BUT she didnt hit any spot and it hurts so bad bec she wasnt hitting the right spot and SHE SPENT MOST OF THE TIME FOCUSING ON MY BACK prolly 90% of the time she was working on my back and it hurt already. She barely touched the arm that I was talking about. I was so disappointed. And after the massage I wanted to give her a $20 tip. I paid the massage online in advance except for the tip bec there was no option to pay tip online. Eventho I wasnt very happy with it I still wanted to give her a decent tip that they suggested $20 for good massage then the lady prompted me to tip her $30 lol. Are you okay? I was able to schedule and get in pretty quick which was nice. Seems there’s only one person that works there because any time someone walked in, she would leave the massage to go help them. This happened twice. Mid-massage she would pick up the phone to make appointments or call back any missed calls. Like literally on top of me on the phone scheduling appointments. The ringer on the phone was on the loudest setting and the phone rang at least 7 times during my massage. You can also clearly hear the music loudly playing from the upbeat hair salon next door and I’m not sure if there was a tv playing in the back or something of that sort. You are only given a tiny sheet to put over yourself and I’m 5’1 so I don’t need much but it was freezing in there and it did not cover anything. I’m sure they are trying to do their best but when I come for a massage the last thing I want to do is be shadowing a receptionist. I’m going to get away from all of that. This place really missed the mark and was probably one of the least relaxing massages of my life. Would...
