The lady is as sweet as she can be. But she doesn't know how to do hair at all. We asked for the hair style and color on the left, but we got the color and hairstyle on the right. 🤦‍♀️ We was charged $117.00 when it should have been free. And I don't have the heart to tell my daughter how ridiculous and ugly her hair is now. My daughter has been asking for this hairstyle for a year, and I finally gave in and let her get it. And the lady butchered her hair, and the color is even worse than the cut. LoL I'm not the type to complain so I just paid and left. We won't be back obviously, I just wish I would have went somewhere else. When my daughter goes back to school, kids are gonna pick on her. This is the worst haircut I've ever seen on my life. And her hair has orange bleach patches all in it. It's just terrible. The lady apologized and said I can come back in a week to get it fixed. But that's not going to happen, I'm not letting her touch her head again. LoL I can't take that risk at this point. LoL And then she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. 😳😬 I just said no thanks and walked out. I felt like saying, your tip is to find a new career hunny cause this...

I scheduled an appointment for a non-acrylic nail service, excited to try something new. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician seemed more engrossed in her audiobook than in engaging with me, resulting in a subpar end result. Despite my request to preserve the length of my pinky nails, she disregarded it, leaving them ruined. Additionally, the thickness beneath my nails was excessive, as she neglected to grind them down properly. To add insult to injury, she charged me extra for what she deemed as wasting her time and resources, a remark unsuitable for client interaction. Had she been more attentive, perhaps the outcome would have been different. Her abrasive use of the drill and overall lack of professionalism further marred the experience. Reflecting on the ordeal, I regret paying for the service and am now headed home to remove the poorly executed nails. My advice: steer clear and save your money. Wish I can rate this salon, no stars because the lady who’s the owner har cut my hair. Gave me an bad haircut now I’m always will be reminded never to come to this wannabe salon. In my opinion close this salon and go back to beauty school for you need an bit more time to be specialize on cutting any persons hair! Right before she started my haircut, I gave her an picture of what I wanted my hair to be. Which I wanted an taper faded than herself assumed I wanted an skin fade. I asked her to trim an bit off my eyebrows and she only had cut my right eyebrow instead on doing both.
