Was in the this location shopping for the holidays and was told they didnât have an item in stock in the size I was looking for after a quick glance at a rack by the employee. Then after contacting another location was told they could see the citadelâs inventory and they do indeed have the shirt in the size Iâm looking for so to give them a call as it might be in a different spot. Proceeded to do so and after being on hold for 10 minutes, I figured they mustâve either been busy or they forgot I was on hold as there is no wait music, It is just dead silence. So Iâve called back to be greeted with an annoyed, hello and I proceeded to say I think we got disconnected, instead of apologizing or saying, sorry it took longer we are busy I was told I need to be placed on another hold with no explanation. So after being completely disregarded I was placed on another hold at six minutes and again, no word whatâs happening or if they were coming back to the phone, I hung up. Trying to recall the number the employees decided to either take the phone off of the hook block my number or proceeded to not answer. After speaking with a manager at another location, all of a sudden my calls now went through and I got a hold of the manager at the Citadel. After explaining the situation or I should say after saying one sentence of it, I was cut off by this manager and I was told âthereâs only two of us working and weâre too busy for youââŚ.. last time I checked a customer on the phone is still a customer and is OK with waiting but at what point is 15 minutes and then not answering no longer customer...

My wife and I came to the mall to find something to wear out to the club since itâs been a very long time since weâve been out anywhere.
We went into Buckle to look around. We werenât expecting to buy anything because their prices can be pretty high.
We were looking around when Mallory greeting us. Asked us what she could do for us and then totally took over. We described what ideas we had and without another word she turned around and got to work.
She listened to what we were thinking of regarding what to wear, she added input, she went back and forth finding different things probably 30+ times. She just absolutely went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced.
We felt bad cuz in the middle of her helping us we asked to speak with the manager and she thought she was gonna be in trouble.
We spoke with the manager, Dani, and made it a point to commend Mallory for her amazing service.
Mallory deserves a lot of recognition. I know that with tensions being high in our current pandemic situation there are a lot of unpleasant people to interact with and I know how difficult that can be.

The two store reps that normally help me, Dani and Hannah are fantastic. They know your fit before you even realize. They can remember the products you like while you forget. Before I can even speak, they already realize Iâm there to pick up my order and ready to go. They know style, and make recommendations while also giving you plenty of space and time to think. Itâs the perfect blend of good salesmen. Yes this requires someone good in sales, they are here to prevent buyers remorse. They can help guide you in most useful ways. I know and with the utmost confidence I can walk out with something that fits and looks good. If they donât have it, ordering it online with them is easy peasy.
Thereâs many reliable brands that never go away here which means I know they will always have something familiar but also with new stuff also rotating multiple times a week. If something doesnât end up working out in my favor their return policy is very generous compared to most modern businesses these days. With all this said.
