This location is the WORST!! Yes I drink star bucks crack up to 3 times a day!!! It is a problem! This location MESSES up my drink EVERY VISIT!!! YES I have a special request! Which I tip and pay for! My new favorite is the Carmel clear syrup sitting at the bottom of my cup...THAT WAS YUM! Like you guys don't even mess it up the sameway!! Why is the extra ice request so difficult? Whip and drizzle...yes down the cup...drizzle. I have asked multiple locations how to order my drink to get it correct. This location will find away to mess it up everytime! One time charging me for the mess up!!! Carmel drizzle NOT Carmel crunch. Please UNDERSTAND you make legal crack!! The addiction to the sugar and dairy and caffeine that ONLY A STAR BUCKS can put together IS REAL!!! This location has served me milk instead of oatmilk. I THREW THAT DRINK OUT THE WINDOW!!! Yet I keep coming back!! ADDICTION!!!!! Now I just have to go be all exposed standing in line at a grocery store, or the Target locations are usually good! I do like a drive through, not this one. With the amount of times this location has screwed up my drink I shouldn't even return!!! I am like Jerry Maguire here..."I can't quit you.""" Like for real this store is aweful!! Want your drink messed up..this is the one....want, we will say BUSY attitudes...come here! Messed up drink and you aren't making friends...well until you say no that dollar is for you...oh thank you. So fake. The few nice people in the window don't seem to stay.Thanks for making me sound like a spoiled brat! Ask how many people at this location know me...because I go here like everyday....when I say THIS LOCATION MESSES UP 5 OF 7 DAYS!!!!! YEP I still have it sucked down before I get home!!! Legal crack! But I will not come back to this store...Not that it hurts Star bucks as a franchise because as I've stated I will get out of my car risk walking across a parking lot and keep getting an iced Carmel mochido with whip and extra drizzle in a venti cup with extra extra ice PLEASE. Create a data base. I will say yes my number is 16669....a photo with instructions will pop up of my drink. Easy I don't have to say the long winded request and BAM my drink is correct. Then I could get stars when I leave my phone at home...

Overall I don’t think Starbuck coffee or food is worth the money, but this review solely about the customer service. I know the company implemented some new rules and the franchises have to enforce them. One rule being they will not give a water cup or fill up your cup unless you make a purchase. I understand this and no longer go to Starbucks solely for water.

I work as a delivery driver through DoorDash though. I’m in Starbucks all over the city picking up orders. When I pick up an order and ask for a water there is usually no issue. This location on Union, however, is beyond aggravating. Certain will give me a water and others won’t, stating I have to make a purchase. I’m picking up an order. Someone has already made a purchase. If I asked for a water cup for the individual who ordered delivery would you give me one? I don’t see why I have to make a purchase when the only I’m there is to pick up a purchase. I’m just walking in asking for a water and leaving. It’s not like I can loiter at this location. There’s no chairs or atmosphere to relax. So I’m not getting a water and sitting in the store. I think it’s petty and I think management at this location should communicate a clear standard. Some employees are willing to give a water when I pick up an order others aren’t. I’m just trying to work and...

This location is mediocre at best. First, you're just another customer at this location. There have been a couple occassions where the drive-through cashier was very friendly. Sadly, that is a rarity - don't get me wrong, they aren't usually rude they just treat you like another customer - another car rolling on through, another debit card to run. Second, today I ordered the gouda sandwich (smoked bacon, gouda and egg sandwich) and received a double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich. By viewing the picture you can see how amazingly delicious it looked when I removed it from the paper bag. This is the second day this week that I ordered a sandwich and it looked like this. Quality is lacking for sure at this location. As for the eggnog latte I ordered this morning, I cannot begin to describe the taste but I assure you it was unpleasant. I've ordered plenty of eggnog lattes in my lifetime to know how they should taste.

This location made a killer caramel brulee latte for me earlier this week. However, more often than not I have been left disappointed with my drink ordered from this location. Typically, I order a vanilla latte - how could you go wrong, right?! Well this location needs more training on making...
