Today we took some friends visiting to the OTC. We chose the Bronze Tour. It was the lowest quality tour I have been on to date. It took about 30 min not including the video at the beginning, which was the best part. They changed our guide at the last minute to someone (can’t remember his name) who really just was there to use his badge to open locked doors. He didn’t have any information to provide and asked people practicing in each facility to provide information. Another member on the tour gave us all the information about the swimming portion of the tour. It was disappointing because we normally love taking people on the tour.

Update - Staff from the OTC reached out to my group and offered to refund our tickets, give us a free Silver tour and train the guide we had so that this doesn't happen again. I am impressed by the action they took to make our poor experience right.
