I love this location so much. Am still trying to talk my family members into using PJs instead of Dominos lol.
I did a review and got a free Papadia coupon but lost the code by the time I was ready to make my next order. The manager on duty that day was super nice and reimbursed me even though it was my own fault.
Then after that I had an unprofessional delivery driver who not only asked me to come down and get my order because her leg hurt (I was ordering bc I was too sick to cook and had a 100 temp and I still went down to wait in the cold for her) but she proceeded to get out and complain about how rude people are that don't tip. I explained to her I normally do but not in a situation where you're asking me to do all the work lol. She then tipped herself $5 on my card. I was devastated because I myself and poor and had about 12 more hours until my paycheck dropped, so when that $5 came out unexpectedly, I only had $1 left in my account to get gas to pick my son up from school!!!
I called in to see where the extra charge came from and the manager, Jontue, was amazingly helpful. He told me the $5 was from a tip and after I explained what happened, he not only refunded me the unauthorized tip, but the entire order from that day, as well as told me they would be taking steps to handle the fraud delivery driver.
The customer service from this location is great and I will def keep ordering from them anytime I want...
Read moreOn January , Friday the 26th my family and I placed an order on line for a pizza. Long morning , longer night. We have placed orders with this pizzeria before and it was for the most part fine.
After having a very long morning / night , we placed our order. Hungry , we ate a couple of slices and went to bed. It wasn't until the next morning that we discovered the pizza ( we we're going too have it for lunch) was dough , not fully cooked. My daughter filled out a form with customer service , the form stated we would hear back within 48 hours. We've since heard nothing. I decided the same day that I would call and state my grievances. The manager ( friendly ) didn't state he was the manager until I asked. He was hesitant. I stated what I stated above , verbally. I also stated that we weren't trying to get a free pizza or a refund. Let's be honest , people do that. Complain and it's not valid for a free-bee. I had no energy to take back the uncooked pizza nor the time. There was no mention of a credit a refund or a pizza, , just a promise that it wouldn't happen again. We won't be doing business with this establishment again nor my family or friends. Customer service should be top tier and keeping satisfied customers should be held in high esteem, especially in this day and age. High cost of living and we're all just barely making it. Who has...
Read morei usually don’t leave reviews whether bad or good for restaurants. i understand food service can be stressful, but i placed an order for delivery around 10:15 at night that totaled up to 45 dollars and it said it would be about thirty minutes. an hour and a half later, it still hadn’t been delivered so i called the store and spoke to the manager. all he said was he didn’t know where the delivery driver went but she should be there ‘sometime before midnight.’ at this point it was already almost midnight and i was getting ready to go to bed, so i called the store seven times to ask them to cancel the order and issue a refund. all seven times, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up so it would stop ringing. about 15 minutes past midnight when i was already in bed, i got a text from an unknown number saying they were in the courtyard but didn’t know the code to get into the apartment. the code for the door into the complex is broken and has been for some time, so the door remains open 24/7. i texted back and simply said i had tried to call the store to cancel the order seven times because i was in bed already. i honestly recommend using a different location for any type of delivery order. customer service was very helpful however and was able to...
