This is a review that I don't really want to leave; but, honestly I feel the need to. I've been to this store only once. The lady and gentleman behind the counter were extremely nice. The lady made me, what I'm sure she thought was a wonderful drink. It wasn't. It tasted terrible and I promise that I am being nice about the description. There is a reason that larger food chains measure their food; you can't put a bunch of ingredients together and expect them to taste good. I'm so sorry, because I loved the vibe of this place. I am asking you to please create a menu with ingredients that have been measured AND test tasted by someone, anyone. There are so many people who count calories, watch their sugar, watch their saturated fat intake; they can't go to your shop because you don't provide nutrition information on your board outside. Every day I see that you have a ton of business; but, why is Starbucks still open right down the street? Because they cater to EVERYONE, you don't. Like everyone else, I'd rather go anywhere but Starbucks; but, I also want delicious coffee, not the junk that I was served. I can't apologize enough for this review, I love the location and vibe; but, the coffee that I received...

Staff allowed a car to cut 4-5 cars in line today. When brought to both the driver and the staff’s attention, they not only did nothing to resolve the situation, but as the driver talked rudely and negatively about the cars who voiced concern, they joked with him and the assistant manager even fist bumped him from the window. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The excuse was, that there are two lines that weave in. That would be understandable, however, there was no indication that there were two lines. Had any of the other 6 cars in line known that, I’m sure we all would have lined up accordingly. Instead it was said “he’s a regular so he knows”. I guess he knows how to take advantage of a situation and cut all of the other people in line by “weaving” a line only he knows about into ours. He knew what he was doing. I’m assuming this sign flat on the ground was supposed to tell us there were 2 lines. It clearly shows all these other cars also in a single file line bc no one is aware of a second one. The person in front of me drove off after being cut. I would certainly not hold the actions of another customer against a business, but there’s no excuse for the unprofessional way the staff handled...

Been a customer since they first opened in the Springs, but have since given up and get my coffee anywhere else.

The prices have gotten outrageous. They charge extra for soft top, new lids don’t allow for regular whipped cream, they charge extra for a blended drink…you can easily drive out spending $8-$12 on a drink, which is way too much for coffee and milk.

They used to have decent prices, charged less for iced drinks (because you’re adding water to a drink) and have a decent menu. Now the menu is a mystery and the app is worse (why are the syrups not listed anywhere?). They charge extra to blend your drink. The amount of ice they fill your cup with is a rip off. The consistency is terrible. I wish they would be trained to measure how much syrup to use because each time I order a drink (usually with only one syrup, and I ask for 1/2 sweet) it’s wildly different. The amount of times we’ve driven away with an undrinkable overly-sweet beverage is ridiculous. And their great super friendly customer focused service has changed, now so often they leave you feeling like you crashed their private party. And they actually ask you to tip (which I always do). That’s really not...

I wish I knew the name of the sweet angel that took my order today. My iced chai tea latte with almond milk was super delicious 😋 She was so kind. I apparently had a free drink, and she was sure to let me know. She skipped the tip section because it was my birthday drink, but I made sure to tip her anyway. Also, I had 2 additional chai teas lattes this weekend, from two other chains.. The first one I didn't care for at all, and threw the whole thing away. Not their fault, just a taste I didn't care for. Never had been to this chain before, lovely staff, icky chai. The 2nd one is one that is literally everywhere, and I got a chai tea latte with almond milk. It was also not nice. A place I go to quite often, too. Next stop this morning, this Dutch Bros. I can't even tell you how yummy it was. No whip, cinnamon on the top, perfectly blended, and my free one was a large, which I never get. Drank the entire thing with a smile on my face. Thank you 🫶🫶 You saved my Colorado Spings chai tea latte experience lol

Today was my first time to try Dutch Brothers coffee. I'm new to the area and heard the coffee was great. NOT! I ordered a medium cappuccino . The first thing out of the guys mouth was: "would you like that wet or dry"? I'm thinking, what about the first option, REGULAR, meaning, a cappuccino. I actually already know if I would rather have it stronger or lighter, then I would say "dry" or "wet". So I specify regular. What got was a medium warm milk. If there was espresso in there I couldn't taste it. As you can see from the photo, it's nasty! The "frat boy party in a closet" atmosphere did not impress me either. Someone told me that Dutch Brothers goal is to put the hurt on Starbucks. Well they could start putting some COFFEE in their drinks! Ya know what they say about FIRST IMPRESSIONS!
