I was diagnosed with a heart condition my freshman year of college, and I was too afraid to work out and risk my health. I started F45 when they first opened and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They push you to the max of you own abilities, and are so caring about modifying the workouts (and I don’t get embarrassed).
