B-Lashes — Attraction in Columbus

Absolute WORST customer service & eyelashes I've ever had! I went in needing a refill. She insisted I needed to take them all off and redo them her way...

I let her take them all off because they were old. Then afterwards she said it would be $350+ to put them back on... plus $50 since she just removed my old ones... I travel 100% for work and get my lashes done in a new city every month & I have NEVER paid $400+ for lashes. I told her I'm so sorry I can't afford that. I had no idea she charged that and it was WAY out of budget for me personally. I was apologizing for taking her time but I can't afford $400 for lashes... I was ready to pay $50 for removal and leave.

She said fine I can do something for $200.. which is more inline with what I normally pay for a full set. She got attitude at this point so I was nervous and asked you saw what I came in with, I want long and thick lashes I have a wedding this weekend can you create that same look? If not no worries! I will just pay for the removal. She said yes she can do it the way I like them.

She gave me these little sparse spider leg lashes! I could have had better results with mascara.

She barley put any on me. And they were NOT long or thick like I have worn for YEARS! If she couldn't deliver what I wanted with her prices she should have told me, I would have respected that and this would be a good review right now. when she went from $400 then said she could do it for $200 I was worried but she reassured me she can do it. she did not...

She ushered me out the door and didn't even show me my lashes.. and locked up and left. I got to the car and thought what did I just pay for?!?! I emailed her and was letting her know I was not happy with my lashes & it's know where close to what I asked for and came in.

She Refused to fix them. She said $200 gets me half lashes... again she should have told me BEFORE performing the service. She was only given by 25% coverage. Especially since I voiced my concerns before she even started!

That half coverage was closer to 25% definitely not worth $200 in my opinion. I had to put strip lashes over them for the wedding that weekend & all the lashes fell out within a week and a half.

She was so rude and unprofessional. Emailing me Several times a day saying unprofessional things because I was unsatisfied with her work.

I will never go back to B-Lash! In my option I was WAY over charge for the lashes I received and when I was not happy she became extremely unprofessional and called me names and refuse to rectify the situation. I can't...

The first time I ever went to Bianca was for a full set of eyelash extensions (my very first eyelash extension experience) before attending a wedding overseas. To sum up how that went, well, that appt was in 2014 ......and as of today, I haven't missed a refill appointment yet. I started with every 4wk refills and quickly learned that I can't live without Bianca's services. After trying the beautiful and still natural volume silk/mink lashes, I couldn't stop. I see Bianca every 2 - 2.5 weeks for volume refills. The quality of Bianca's products and consistent amazing skill has made me a very happy girl. I cannot even imagine someone else doing my lashes. It's been a little over 1.5 yrs now since I had Bianca microblade my brows and I was once again happily shocked how pleased I was with the results. Bianca truly has an eye to know exactly what I will most likely fall in love with and to a degree which is natural and not overboard. I have been sitting in her client chair when new clients have walked in asking for help after being unhappy with lash services elsewhere. Regarding lashes, so many people don't realize that you can't fix something PROPERLY without trying to start with as fresh a clean slate as possible. That's why it's best to remove lash extensions from a previous business who you were unhappy with, before applying new lashes from a new business. Well I cant say how well Bianca does lashes. But she was COMPLETELY, OBNOXIOUSLY rude to me. I recd a fraudulent charge on my debit card Monday to the tune of $1350.00 out of my small business account. When i called them about it and sent a pic of my online banking transactions ( because NO ONE has a paper statement from Mondays transactions yet) i was met with snickering on the other end of the call. a rude phone call saying I was trying to scam her! Her Immediate response to my email was "Buy Felicia" REALLY?? How professional. I proceeded to try to explain to her that if she didnt scam me, then shes a victim too. She still was insistant I was the scammer even after i gave her my bank contact info. ANYWAY, just be careful if you do business with these guys. Their security has been compromised and Bianca doesnt seem concerned about finding the source. By the way, I have a legitimate business in Louisiana that is on google and facebook. I have a presence in my community just like B lashes. I dont know why she is so blind to think I was the scammer. Got my money back this a.m. so I just wanted u customers...
