Only reason I give 2-stars is that my boyfriend loves their French Vanilla Capucinno. Food is great if done correctly. Past couple of times have been a miss. Yesterday I ordered through their app two Take 12's of their Original Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Upon pick-up, none of it was getting done until I got there. It can tell it was a busy morning, I waited. The chocolate one was the one that took awhile and I'm not sure why because when I opened it at my workplace to serve, it was just MUDDY WATER. It was almost clear! I'm furious as they are $26 each! I was very excited to taste their chocolate because the previous time I ordered, they gave me two coffee when it shows I ordered one of each.
The company gave me points for the incident, telling me stores are individually owned. I went the same day after work only to be told they can't help me when they weren't the ones thay made it for me that morning. They took my name and number down and I haven't heard from them.
From my experience just this afternoon (getting my bf's fav), they seem to have so many new employees that one person is training.

Read moreI just wanted to give a shout out to the staff today for their amazing service and customer service for that matter. I did not get anyone's names, but this morning I had a huge order since I pick up breakfast for our sales team on the days we have our big meeting. They were super nice about me adding more items onto my order in the drive thru on top of preparing a mobile order I had placed. They of course directed me to come inside and pick everything up, which I happily obliged. The lady inside helping prepare everything else for more was absolutely outstanding, super pleasant to speak with and I just couldn't have been happier with the experience, especially considering the work economy currently. The very last thing I want to shout out is when I left, I realized halfway to work that I forgot to get a receipt which I needed to turn in. I called the store and immediately someone picked up and was able to help me by texting a picture to me. They were extremely kind in the message, as well. I wish there was more I could do for the crew they had this morning, but please make sure to recognize how awesome...
Read moreSo far, I usually have a great experience here! I usually come before work in the morning and the service is really nice! I decided to come later in the afternoon on my day off to get a treat for my dog after paying rent, and I guess the crew was just having a bad day. Cashier was fine in the drive-thru but when I got to the window, they just seemed rude and agitated. I was confused about the pup cup, since all I was giving was a small cup of tim bit pieces. I usually get small cups of whipped cream or ice cream whenever I ask for pup cups at different cafes, so it seemed odd to me that i was just giving a cup of nothing but tim bits. When asking about the pup cup, the cashier was very short with me and had immediately closed the door as soon as they responded ... while I was talking... I can assume that they maybe didn't hear me to begin with but overall the interaction felt...
