Picked up my mobile app order from the South High location around 9:12pm tonight, 03/11/24 since it was scheduled to be ready at 9:10pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru lane window and I could hear the chime/bell go off letting the employee know that I arrived. I sat there watching all of but two employees, the two were cooking, while the others were joking around at the prep/serving area. I waited and waited until I got tired of waiting and had to honk my car horn to get one of their attention; I then received my order and I felt that the bag was extremely light considering that I ordered double meat, extra rice, pinto beans, mild salsa, cheese and sour cream. So I parked the car and looked at the bowl and it barely had a full portion of barbacoa or rice (see pictures). I went into the store and let the gentleman at the register know about it and he checked the bowl; he apologized after looking at it, then closed it back up. A young lady working next to him asked if she should remake the bowl and he said no. He then proceeded over to the prep/serving area and pulled out the near empty container that the barbacoa was in and proceeded to put the remaining scraps of meat into a plastic cup, like what they use for the salsa, then gave me back the bowl they originally gave me, plus the cup of scraps of barbacoa, even though he put out a full container of fresh barbacoa. I don't know if this is how management at this location trains their employees, if so then no wonder why the low rating. I honestly can't believe I paid over $15 for this bowl. I asked the gentleman for the owner's name and contact information, but he said there isn't an owner; then gave me the manager's business card. I wrote an email similar to this post letting her know about this, but I doubt anything will ever happen because from what I was told by another customer in the store/location tonight, he stated that he reported issues before but that management doesn't care and will continue to allow this to be the norm. Read moreNothing to complain about when it comes to the food, the food is always delicious. The issue is who I can only assume is the manager at night. Every time I have visited this location (maybe 3-5 times) she has always seemed to be so rude and disrespectful towards customers and even her own staff, she exudes negative energy and it creates such a tense work atmosphere from what I can see and hear. Today when I visited she spoke very rudely towards a few of her staff members and continuously huffed and sighed as she was helping me. Then I seen a she sent a worker outside to take umbrellas down by himself in the POURING rain. As he was taking them down she kept bickering and complaining about how he was doing it and almost degrading him whilst he was taking them down. It seemed as he may have been new, but even while he was drenched in water (which if she had made him wait 5 minutes until it cleared up right after) he was so respectful and sweet towards customers. Read moreI honestly don’t leave reviews, but after my experience at this location(as it being my first time trying this one out) I felt like I needed to warn everyone. Don’t go to this location, they literally don’t care about their customers. Ordered my food at 8:45 pick up was for 9:15. I promptly arrived and was waiting behind one car at the window. Sat there for more than 7 minutes and noticed not one employee coming to the pickup window, so I got out of line and decided to go have my boyfriend go in and grab it. NOT ONE EMOLOYEE said a thing to him or look at him. He had to get ones attention and tell them he had a pickup order and the name it was under 5 times!!!!! Even the manager on duty asked if he could help, and he said he had a pickup order and the manager just walked away and didn’t help?!! Finally one employee saw them sitting right in front of them and packed them in a bag.
