Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

It's Taco Bell! Lol Nothing extra special with this specific store. I wish they would keep thier drive thru open 24 hours here. I have been here before & they were closed before their posted closing time & also the opening time. Not sure if this had anything to do with the management there specifically? So, that by itself is definitely a plus☺️ I was reading other reviews & I rarely go into this specific store bc others are right, it has been a filthy mess in there the times I have actually walked in! I rarely go to Taco Bell anywhere anymore bc the quality is just not there anymore! The last time I actually went inside, I watched a homeless man walk right inside the store & he started filling up all these bottles that he had in these bags with soda! And the craziest part of it was that the manager & a worker were just standing behind the counter talking to each other! They would look up & look at him, & then they just went right back to chatting! He filled them all up while we stood there & waited for our food! Insane! That is exactly why everything is so damn expensive anymore! We have morons like both of those workers that just allow money to be stolen from right in front of them! These were not little bottles, & I bet there were at least 10 of...

After red white and boom, my little family and I decided we wanted some food... taco bell seemed appeasing so we stopped sespite the long line. When we pulled up at 12:15 am, we waited the 45 mins it took to get our food asking if everything was in the bag... They said yes.. after pulling off and realizing there wasnt enough food in the bag we pulled over to check upon doing so we seen that we only had partial of our order- 12.xx was missing from the bag. Tried to go to the window without sitting in the dreadful line for another 45 mins by walking up to the window the guy/manager Im guessing told us that we had to sit in the line for another hour to look in the bag himself accompanied by the reciept. By this time, my food is cold and we have to have our whole order remade. Again sitting waiting- he said that he will just have to give us a refund. I just suggest that no one goes here unless they hire people that dont mind doing their job. I myself have worked in fast food, know how hard it is to have to please people... this guy is not taking his job seriously. Poor service all around. Walked in and placed my order right away. While waiting, another customer came in 5 minutes later, placed his order then sat down, ate his meal and left before my food was even ready as well as watching 9 cars go thru the drive-thru, again before my food was delivered. When my order WAS ready, the drive thru cashier, called my name and tossed/threw my food across the counter and walked away. Tried talking to one of the managers (Rue) about the situation, but all she could do was smile and say that they were "short staffed as always on a Sunday". Asked for her name as well as the district manager's name. She kept smiling, never once saying "I apologize" or "I'm sorry". Again I asked for the information, she just walked away, never to return. The next manager I spoke to actually did apologize, but said that NO ONE at that store makes the schedile (meaning g it is done by someone or something else) What a way to run...
