Dollar Tree — Attraction in Columbus

4/22/22, 8:35 pm; store is supposed to close at 10 pm, but woman (I assume an employee) was standing outside the front door turning me & several other customers away because, "We're closed for maintenance & won't reopen until Thursday". Very disappointing since I only get out once every 1-2 weeks. LOTS of customers were turned away in the short time I was there.

4/28/22, 9:10 PM: arrived at store only to discover they closed early AGAIN! Now they have added a new sign with updated store hours, which close at 9 PM. That's 2 out of 2 wasted trips where I arrived during posted store hours & STILL have never set foot in the door. I've gone from agitated to downright angry.

Since then, I have visited this location twice with no issues.

This store used to be a mess and I couldn't stand to go in there because of the incompetence of the employees in the absolute ridiculous things that went on in that store that I'm not even going to go into. I I swore after the last time that I would never go back but I went in the other night and I was so pleasantly surprised! From what I can tell they have hired new employees who are super friendly and always willing to help. The store itself was very clean and put together very nicely. It was not perfect but you can tell the new employees take pride in the store and making it look presentable for the customers. A major Improvement and I will definitely be back to shop. Great job you guys! I highly recommend...

This store has gone down hill the last few months. I went to shop today to pick up a few small things and now there's a "no backpack" policy. They asked me to leave my small purse backpack up front while they allowed shoppers with much larger purses than mine to walk around the store. They literally came and found me in the aisle to come tell me to leave it up front but ignored purses twice the size of mine. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location unless you're prepared to be treated...
