Loyalty Inn — Hotel in Columbus

I booked a hotel room with 2 queen beds for a weeks stay. I showed up to check in and the guys who work there said they only had a 1 bed but I had a total of 4 people staying and all 4 of us in 1 bed for a whole week was not going to work. So I told him to cancel and requested my refund, the guy said okay he will cancel my room and I should see a refund back on my account within 7-10 buisness days. I ended up staying at red roof inn for the week with the 2 beds i wanted. The guy from not so "Loyalty inn" failed to do either of them. I than found out through my bank after disputing the transaction that my reservation was never canceled from him and the guy stated that I stayed there when he has no proof of my stay because he does not have my I.D. on file for check in or checking out which is FRAUD! So I will be taking legal action against this not because of my refund but because I'm probably not the only person he done this too and so he won't be able to do this to anyone else, it's wrong and it's greedy. I guess that's the reason why they changed their name from rodeway inn to "Loyalty inn" to disguise there true name and what they really do. Be careful booking here if possible go else where!!

They won't provide proof of documentation stating that I did not stay there I will be taking legal action and have a lawyer get that documentation for me sense they keep lying to the bank and expedia and keeping my money when I never stayed there. I stayed at the loyalty inn hotel. Located at 5910 Scarborough Blvd. When you go to a hotel you should be able to relax and not worry about drug addicts and ppl braking into your room or coming in your room while your gone. Had $250 come up moving ssing from my room that I had it in the night stand.soon as I reported the money gone not even a hr later refused to refund money or rewind cameras to see who it was that came into my room when the cash came up missing. Neil the manager whom lives at the hotel along with his wife and 3 small children. This isn't the first time things if this nature has happened at this particular hotel. The manager Neil actually got his ass beat down because he was caught stealing money from another person who was staying in the hotel. And all this has happened all within one weeks time.. you can even look up the incident on the citizens app at the assault that accursed.. And that's not all the place has bed bug infestation had to take my dog to the vet where she was bitten by bed bugs... I would never recommend this place to anyone...if I could give zero stars I would... This place needs to be shut down and...

As a travel nurse believe this stay away from this nasty motel the Staff is all rude other guest loud up all night disrupting us that do have jobs we care about. So called Maintenance man doesn't even care the owners are a joke want to uphold the wrong doings of their employeees, roaches everywhere crawling inside and out of the doors. I had to leave in middle of night and no refund I'm a nurse I can't have filth in my belongings. I called health department hopefully they will shut this place down.
