With all these negative reviews it's such a shame, people are to stuck up now a days. This is a diamond in the rough, needs a lot of TLC but it's slowly getting there. From a few employees I talk to it seems the entire blame is on cooperate then themselves as apparently corporate doesn't care about this location much at all to invest in it. The people that are complaining about how the go-karts aren't working are the same people who probably never listened to any warnings or rules and sat there bumping and recklessly driving and crashing which results in the damages happening to the go-karts, I will say though the whole rookie go-kart seems silly letting extremely young kids drive and 95% of them don't even pay attention and sit there and crash and run the employees over because they refuse to stop, Honestly I think they should remove the whole rookie racers. It would probably look a lot better honestly if a good chunk of the employees weren't lounging around on their cell phones all day and not do any work, like is it so hard to grab a washcloth or paper towel and wipe down high touched areas? Though from what I seen of the supervisor's I'm going to assume since they are wearing a different colored shirt are doing the same exact thing, headphones in, constantly on cell phones. Who ever the manager is, like the boss boss of this place should probably really crack down on these people it's so crazy. But anyways Arcade seemed fine a few games were out of order think when I went there was maybe 8? games out of order out of the 60-80 games they had which honestly isn't bad. I've been to Dave and Busters and other arcades where they had like 50 games but 20/25 worked if that. I get the whole thing of tokens and tickets being amazing, I love them still but honestly it's a bit time consuming if you win big and have to sit there for like five minutes for them all to print out before moving to play another game, perhaps they could look into getting cards maybe? Prizes, definitely needs an over haul for sure, I get that they need ways to make income but 8,000 tickets for a monopoly? I could go to the store and spend $5-15 and straight up buy that, the games there aren't really NICE for tickets it's crazy. But honestly it's a diamond in the rough, some TCL and this place...
Read moreI've been going here as a kid, and last night was the worst experience I have ever had. For starters, their were 3 kids standing around at the front, and only one other girl worked the register, she also did every small job, like take out food, while these other kids stood around. A young boy the entire night stood at the front on his phone, or was drinking pop. They also had no organization skills and allowed multiple people to order where you pick up the food, instead of the real line that we were in. On top of that the boy in the back making the food with gloves on then swept with the same gloves one, that are one time use gloves and also with the same pair, cleaned the wall, and mopped the floor, with all of the same gloves on over and over, which is disgusting and not up to code. We seen him clean with products and then make pizzas several times. As that was going on, the manager was unaware and doing nothing. He walked out side with another girl as she cleaned off dirty tables, then when they came back in the stood in the door way to the back. So now there are 5 people standing around with one young lady doing everything she can to get the busy line down and everyone what they want. After those 2 came in another lady who was working the bumper cars began to "clean" as she walked by the napkin station she wiped her hand with a napkins but left it in the dispenser, where my mom and could clearly see because our table was next to the station. My mother finally went to go say something to the manager as he continuously advoided her, she finally reached him, and all he did was say okay, and walk to the back to the guy and maybe talked to him. He still didn't change his gloves after the manager went back their. Overall, this place was awful, and not up to standard, we even tried to go to the batting cages and only 2/8 worked and no one was out their either. This place has always been amazing, but they do not have good management, or good employees, or good sanitation. I wish I could give these people a 0/5...
Read moreI have been going here on and off for the past 27 years and this place just keeps getting worse and worse. They need to bring back the arcade games on the top also more than half of the machines are always broken, the games that do work do not dispense enough tickets when you win, the games eat your tokens, the token machine kept spitting out or eating my quarters and the Staff here usually sucks, are very rude they usually ignore you when you are standing at the Counter or hiding back in the kitchen area. I have a 7 year old Daughter now and we have to keep hunting down a brain dead employee who will usually give us our money back but instead of fixing the machine they do nothing not even put a out of order sign on it so it will happen to someone else. The food sucks and is over priced, the prizes you can get with the tickets always disappoints my Daughter and her friends. The Kids gym is the only cool thing about this place. I was just in there last night a Friday night mind you for about 3 hours and there was only like 3 people in there with their kids. Employees I could tell did not want to be there as usual this place is a waste of time and money it needs better employees, the games need to work right, it needs to be updated or it needs to be demolished. Go to Chucky Cheese for a good time it's by...
