Hibachi Go — Restaurant in Columbus

I haven’t been here in a while until today I ordered from DoorDash. I used to live close by and would come here all the time and the food was awesome and great prices. Now it is very expensive I paid almost 60 dollars for two entrees (and this is minus the DoorDash service fees and tip) granted they are large portions even though I had only 5 pieces of shrimp in my food although I paid the upcharge for shrimp, and an order of only 3 spring rolls. My food arrived and it was hot I’ll give them that, + they gave lots of extra yum yum sauce and the lo mein is good! The chicken and the shrimp was very very dry and lacked flavor, the rice tasted hard. I know DoorDash can be confusing for some restaurant owners but I ordered bean sprouts with not one but two meals and received broccoli with both instead. Their hours say they close at 9:30pm, I called and placed a to-go order at 8:55. They told me it would 10 minutes until finished, I live 15 minutes away. I left my house and on the way there they called two times, once to say it was done and I told them I was on my way and the second time just said "do you want it or not," to which I said "yes, I am on my way now, I don't live in Reynoldsburg I will be..." (I was about to say 5 minutes away but she hung up on me before I could finish.) I tried to call them back since they hung up before I could say I was 5 minutes away and they wouldn't answer the phone. I got to the restaurant at 9:13, which was exactly 5 minutes after she called and asked if I still wanted the order and they were completely CLOSED. No lights on, no cars, nothing..they had the whole placed shut down 17 minutes before their posted closing time. I understand I called towards closing time but it was posted online AND at the restaurant that the closing time was 9:30pm! So I drove half an hour to and from the restaurant...

To go order asked for steak & shrimp I get home I have steak & chicken. I call and ask for my chicken to be replaced for shrimp I'm only offered $2 off my next purchase.

Another to go order I order egg rolls with the mean The order was read back to me upon pick up When I get home the egg rolls are not in the bag I call they answer the business phone "Hello" & then hang up.

This is not somewhere I eat more than twice a month if that so the next time I go in I ask for the egg rolls I ordered but did not receive to be replaced and they continue to argue and refuse to replace the egg rolls and when I explain my case they deny to service me In all honesty the food is good. With disregard to a customer who is not only polite but does not make a big deal out of a little situation I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. There are similar places with better...
