A great store supporting an even greater cause💗 My friend is a volunteer at Furniture Bank,which makes furniture for low income people This store exists to support that cause I was excited to see quality furniture at this store. I purchased a very large,/heavy Amish made solid oak Roll Top Desk, 2 new (they had been floor models from another furniture store) floral print love seats, an oak Amish inmade bench with 2 drawers, an oak dressmakers mirror, an oak shelf and a few other things. I purchased all of these beautiful items during my first visit. I have since been back to shop. Their delivery charge is far more than reasonable! I found the store clean and we'll laid out. Very disappointed in this store.I had been looking at a dining room tablue for about a month. We went in on 11/8/20 and bought the table and chairs. We were informed we had three days to pick it up. On 11/10/20, we rented a truck to pickup the tablue and chairs. When we got to the store, they could not find it. They had me come in and look and it was no where to be found. I was informed that a bungee delivery was made that morning and they must have taken my furniture by mistake and there was no way to get it back. How does this even happen when i had a receipt? i was refunded my money and given a store credit of $20 for the inconvenience and the rental truck, even though this does not cover the cost. This was such an upsetting experience, I will most likely not be going back or referring them to...
