Paid $45 for my husband and three kids to go here today…yet half the stuff doesn’t even work. And why charge NINE DOLLARS per parent?? They basically charge you to supervise your own children. My daughter was interested in the arts and crafts area, as she is very creative, yet most of their supplies offered are just scraps of ripped up paper. There are little bins on the wall, but they’re not filled with anything relevant. Just a lot of scrap material to make it look like there’s something. They have the usual markers, crayons and glue sticks, but what are the kids supposed to color or glue anything on to? My daughter found paintbrushes, so she went up to the front desk to ask if they had any paint and the young kid working there was pretty dismissive in his, “No we don’t have any paint. Sorry”. There’s a table with a staff member on the top floor that LOOKS like it might be some sort of educational station, but it’s hard to tell when the staff member just sits there on his cell phone the entire time. Second floor, the big bubble wand that you step inside of has fuzzy-looking, black stuff floating around in the bubble solution like it’s been sitting there for months, and the bubble table barely had enough bubble solution in it to submerge the bubble wand. The giant toilet had nothing working…you’re supposed to learn about running water but none of the gadgets worked. The play kitchen had MAYBE five items for the kids to play with, there’s a sign that said something about opening the oven door, yet the door wouldn’t open..a button saying it turned the oven on…again, nothing. For the amount of money it costs to get into this place, you’d think they could afford to get some construction paper for their arts and crafts area, bubble solution and fix some of the activities that are broken. When we were there from 2-3:30 on July 30th, there were three staff members just hanging around the front desk doing nothing. They could probably save some payroll there by having one person there to let people in. Then when we left, the girl at the desk couldn’t even look up from her bracelet-making to tell us anything like “thank you, come again”…”thank you for visiting”….we just got a “bye” with zero eye contact. Safe to say we won’t be wasting our money here anymore. Incredibly over-priced for a place where only SOME of the exhibits work or are...

This place so so cool! Unfortunately I didn’t get many pictures because we were having so much fun!! There is so much to do here. There was no wait to get in, but there is 3 levels of activities to explore. The second and third level is where we chose to spend most of our time. The second level had the most stuff to do I felt like. There was a big tub where you could make bubbles with different things and they had a huge thing that you could make a bubble around yourself. They also had a place where you go inside and there is SO many hidden gems!!! You can play in a little make shift kitchen or go down a giant toilet, every entry way takes you into something different. There was a bookshelf you could go into if you open the secret door at the bottom of it. And you could go inside the wall and look through the eyes of a picture on the wall. There was a rock wall to climb a building, and they also had a super cute Bunny that we got to pet and learn about. The third level was like a camping set up with a hammock, and fireplace and tunnels and rope bridges. There is hidden possums and things around that you can look for and a fake vests and baskets with cooking supplies you can use to pretend. It is most definitely worth checking out if you have never been!! We had so much fun and spent most of...

We drove almost 2 hours to get here and arrived an hour before they closed for lunch. While we were aware that they closed for lunch, we were not aware that if you want to return after lunch you have to pay full price to get in again. This was also something that I was only made aware of after I specifically asked. We were planning to purchase 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 kids). That would have been a substantial amount of $ by the time it was said and done. Our kids are not super young anymore, and basically wanted to just be able to see the giant toilet. We went across the street to the free playground (not affiliated with this place) and talked ourselves out of returning. Also, if you do decide to go, be advised that there was extremely limited parking. Fortunately we were able to find a reasonably priced parking garage nearby. It would be nice if they would update the website with more specific details pertaining to the ACTUAL price. There just seemed to be a lot of...

Kids Day in Columbus, IN 📍 Today was the first day of Spring Break for the kids and we’re staying local this time… We drove a little over an hour to Columbus, IN to check out the @kidscommons museum. Then went across the street to the indoor playground, and then to @zaharakos for ice cream before heading back home! Such a fun-filled day and a great spot for kids of all ages! — Now I’m ready for a nice long nap, 😴 #staylocal #staycation #springbreak #funwithkids #columbusin #kidscommons #indoorplayground #indoorpark #childrensmuseum
