I’ve lived in Polaris at least 5 years now I visit this Chipotle location frequently and I’ve gotta say, I’ve never seen it in as rough of shape as I have recently. 9 times out of ten if you visit the store after 930pm they are CLOSING the store early, or are “out” of so many products it makes it impossible to order. It just gives lazy. They genuinely look disappointed to see you when you walk through the door. My partner avoids ordering burritos half the time because he knows they will make it in such a half ass manner it’s no longer good to him, same goes for me and ordering tacos. They all just kinda slap shit together in there. The tables and dining area are always in shambles, almost like they don’t want guests to even want to eat inside. The tall woman or man (?) that I believe is the manager is always rude, always absent and never supports the team during a rush or when they seem to need guidance. This Chipotle is just a joke anymore. Which saddens me for such a nice area of Columbus I’m rather embarrassed of the condition of one of my favorite places to eat. Nobody’s forcing you to work in the service industry guys! Why would you wanna be employed somewhere you’re clearly miserable and underperforming? 😩😩 Somebody please help this place out. I wrote a pretty detailed message to corporate this morning as well just begging someone to get them back on track. And judging by the other reviews I don’t think I’m...
Read moreMy family, friends and I go here very often, and the staff are always efficient, caring and friendly! The quality of the food here is what keeps me coming back, I go to other Chipotle locations and it just isn’t the same. That’s the perk about Chipotle as a restaurant chain though, I love how no Chipotle is the same, you always have that great cook (or… a not-so-great cook) that prepares food differently. I always get a chicken bowl with plenty of veggies and white rice, which they cook the rice here just right! I love how the rice clumps together and it just melts in my mouth.
This specific Chipotle has been my favorite for years, no kidding… I’ve been eating at this location for 15+ years now, and all of the managers over the years have been very sweet to us! I’d say that the only minor critique is that the dining room area, or drink area may not always be clean 100% of the time. However, I understand it’s not always easy serving customers, while staying on top of the mess (I’ve been there, it can be tough when it’s busy sometimes.) Regardless, my family and I will always come back to have some delicious Chipotle! Managers, staff… keep being awesome! Thank you all for...
Read moreThis is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. It is clearly run by stoned teenagers who could care less about customer experiences. Let me tell you about the problems:
-Shortages: They are always out of some major product. Peppers and onions, dressing, even meats are commonly not prepared. They always blame it on the morning staff.
-Unusual portions: They might give you four massive scoops of rice and a tiny half spoonful of meat. Tomatoes are always a heaping spoonful. But worst of all, no matter what you tell them, they will DROWN your bowl or burrito in sour cream. I’ve asked them to “just give me the tiniest sliver of sour cream,” and they dump it on, turning your bowl into a bowl of soup. Unless you are a weirdo, ask for it on the side.
-Rudeness: No please and thank you. No come again. No eye contact. They seem upset that you are there.
Bathrooms: Today, when I visited, there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There was urine all over the floor and toilet seat. Three staff members were taking a break.
Good quality: Meat is always cold. Tortillas and chips are always stale.
This store needs an overhaul. I blame it on management. The prisoners are...
