A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at Activate last night for orchestrating what can only be described as the ultimate surprise birthday celebration last night. From start to finish, every detail was executed with absolute perfection and intentionality, making it one of the most unforgettable experiences.

As we wrapped up an exhilarating session in the Grid room, the entire team stunned us with a personalized birthday message projected on the screen, accompanied by a thoughtful voiceover directing us to exit the room which caught us off guard, that truly made the moment feel cinematic.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, we exited the room to be greeted by the full Activate team, who had gone above and beyond by making a special exception to bring our customized cake directly to us with thirty glowing candles.

The whole Activate team holding the beautifully customized cake I brought in, and singing Happy Birthday to our guest of honor who was smiling and felt so celebrated. To make it even more incredible, other guests joined in the celebration, making it feel larger than life. Creating an atmosphere that was both intimate and grand. Smiles all around, and Happy Birthday filling the space.

Our private experience was seamless, very energetic, full of laughter, and nonstop fun. We loved every game room. Trivia basketball alongside the Photo Booth were our favorites. Scored on both top ranks boards. Before departing have plans to become loyal customers. We truly loved it.

The team was so professional, kind, and completely in sync. Every moment was intentional, and every detail felt curated just for us. It was the perfect blend of surprise, joy, and celebration.

Thank you for playing such a special part in nearly a decade of memories. Eight birthday celebrations together and each one building on the last. But this one? Absolutely unforgettable. What an incredible way to bring in 30! It’s rare to encounter a team so polished, so professional, and so genuinely passionate about what they do.

I was surprised how much we enjoyed this place and will be going back!

"Active" is accurate! Be prepared to move and think during the games. Wear comfortable clothes, and shoes you can move in. You're going to get up and down, run across rooms, and dodge the glance of the eye!

If you're like me, and start easily, probably good to bring a water bottle, towel, and maybe an extra shirt if you're going out after.

It's not an intense workout, but some of the games will get your heart rate up.

I'd suggest reserving ahead of time, which often has a discount. You'll need a minimum group of three to pay any game, max five, and group start times are limited to ten people.

Once you're in and start your first game, you'll have however long you booked to play whatever games you want.

You can switch up group members all you want as long as everyone still has time left, but again, 3-5 people per game.

There are dozens of games from, the floor is lava (run across a room with lighted floor tiles and avoid the red ones) to find the button with the same pattern as another in a room with hundreds of buttons.

Each player gets their own wrist band with a tag in it that tracks their score, time remaining and prize points.

There's a scoreboard that shows all active players rankings and score.

In the back is a drinking fountain and bathrooms.

The worker told me to stop running. My family says that there was a few glitches in the games. At the end when we were about to leave a staff member gave my baby brother a tennis ball. My dad’s back hurt after the first game. Maybe that’s just cause he’s fat. A personal problem. At the end with all of our points, you should be able to earn rewards. But they said that they ran out of rewards and all I wanted was just for them to give me a water bottle that will take off at least one star. I do not know how the scoring works cause I was not on the board after if there are two people that I would think that I would definitely be in literally everything except for maybe smartness but probably still I don’t know, but I don’t understand how the score works and I think we should’ve won.
