I personally made an appointment with TONY!!! We talked about the tattoo design itself, location of the tattoo, and when I wanted to get the tattoo. I asked him if we could book an appointment on the 6th and he said he was busy and instead insisted to make the appointment for the 7th. He was the one who provided a date and time for the tattoo and we BOTH agreed on the appointment for the 7th and set time. We then texted about the tattoo a few different times weeks and days leading up to appointment day. The day of the appointment comes and I drive to tattoo cartel, which is over an hour drive in total for me. I get there a couple minutes before appointment time and Tony is not there, I wait until the time we agreed on to see if he would show up and he still wasn’t there. I then call Tony and he does not answer my call. Tony then texts me and says “today is my appointment day only, I have time on Thursday to do your tattoo”. In my mind I’m thinking “what is he talking about we made an appointment?” After playing phone tag for a bit we finally get on the phone and I tell him how we had an appointment for this time and he insists we did not. We did have an appointment scheduled, and instead of him admitting he messed up and forgot he kept insisting we didn’t make an appointment. After going back and forth for a couple minutes he then says “my bad, sorry for the confusion” and asks if I would like to schedule an appointment for another day (Saturday). I told him I would let him know later in the day via text and hung up the phone. I then head back home and get back to see he took the situation to social media and posted a 30 second video of him saying “just a reminder guys if I tell you I’m free on a day that doesn’t mean we have an appointment booked for that day”. He also said some other things in the video, which indicated he was clearly referring to the situation between me and him. He then blocked me on social media after seeing I viewed it. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH, ARROGANT, and UNMINDFUL. I DO NOT suggest going to Tony or booking with Tony. Overall, a waste of time, gas, and energy....
Read moreMy gf and I got matching yin-yang symbols on our ring fingers. They both look terrible. Our original appt was a walk-in that Scott did. We wanted them smaller, but he said he couldn't. After both of us being so upset with the work, I decided to reach out via messenger, and Rob said he could fix them or give us our money back. We decided to let him fix them, hoping they could be saved. Again, I'm not happy. The first pic is my initial tattoo, second is it being fixed (which I was content with considering what he had to work with), and the third is it now (10 days after being fixed). The white that was used to fix it isn't even noticeable anymore. I'm so unhappy with my visit at Tattoo Cartel. I don't understand how such a simple, small stencil tattoo turned out so horribly. Not to mention my gf paid $60 each and tipped. This was my first time being there, and I definitely won't be going back. I'm super upset that this meaningful tattoo turned out to be trash work. I have lots of work on me and this is by far my...
Read moreMy husband wanted 2 separate tattoos, our daughters name, and a skull i drew for him last year, with it being fathers day weekend and us having a little extra cash, we both wanted to see him get these tattoos. We called, and we were able to meet up with the owner, RJ, the same day, got BOTH tattoos done in just about an hour, and he gave us a great price. Originally over the phone, he quoted us $200. However, after he got both done so quickly and easily, he only asked for $150. He did an amazing job and I'm really happy we found this place. Other quotes other tattoo artists and locations gave us were...
