They assured me that the sales rep that took the order would process the return on Saturday and that Patrick would notify the sales rep David that we would not be charged a restocking fee. When we walked in the Sleep Proffesional remembered working with us at a previous store which meant a lot as he probably sees hundreds of people a week. My Wife also still had his card which means he had Givin us great service in the past.

His name is Isaiah Randeria. He is very Professional and extremely knowledgeable and kind. Isaiah gave recommendations based on my Wife's condition and needs as well as our budget. In the end we chose a Mattress that was good for her condition. Isaiah went out of his way to accommodate our budget and needs and got the price point where we could close the deal. Had the pleasure working with Brooklynn Wooten today. She was super informative and helpful with helping us pick out the right mattress. She was super easy to talk to and I’m sure explained the same thing to us many times so that we were able to understand just exactly what were getting. Brooklynn was able to answer all of our concerns and walk us through the benefits of the 2 mattress we had narrowed it down too. Brooklyn also showed her excitement of being there to tell us all about the features we were able to get with our choice of split mattress as well as the sheets and pillows we were getting as well.
