La Dulcería Conroe — Attraction in Conroe

I am so disappointed with this shop and owner. On October 1st I went in to the store and asked if she could make any of the piñatas pictured on the right (second picture). She initially sent me the top left picture (on the second set of pictures) and I said no that is no the one I want. I will pay for a custom one as long as it looks more like the ones I want (on the right). The custom price was $65. The first picture is the one I sent her while paying my deposit in the shop - so there was no confusion. She said that yes she would get with her guy and they would have it ready by Tuesday. Fast forward to today I show up and they have the wrong piñata. The one she had initially showed me and I said no to. I continue to tell her daughter that is not the piñata I paid for and she then calls the mom who is screaming( as her daughter is pushing the volume button down). And then sends me the bottom left picture. Clearly it’s too late to get a Bluey piñata by the date I need it so I ended up paying and taking the less uglier one. I really wish she would have said the truth- that she could not make it look how I wanted instead of lying and throwing me her old inventory. Shame that people...

Very ugly customer service first they don't do refunds like any other store on piñatas only store credit so make sure yall pay attention to that, also when I got a phone call back from the manager or who ever she was she called me back accusing me of threatening her employe and I never did she didn't even hear the conversation but she did give me an attitude and just gave me a call back to call me out on something that didn't happen very unprofessional to customers will never shop here again and will tell friends and family of...

Best pinata store in all of Conroe they have the biggest pinatas for the best low prices and they can make any pinata you need. When we walked in we thought for sure we would be spending 100$ on a pinata but were really pleased when we got a 3 foot tall 2 foot wide pinata for only 40$. Great prices great employees hands...
