I went to see Andy after seeing some of his amazing custom engagement rings on Instagram. From the start Andy and Dawn were very friendly and helpful. I showed Andy the style of ring that I wanted and within a few days he had center stone samples for me to look at. He took the time to educate me on the different levels of quality, the difference between certified and uncertified diamonds, and answered all my questions. Once I chose the diamond and setting he had it together and ready for me to see in about a week. When I first saw the ring, I was just like “Wow, she is going to love that”. The ring was perfect, and my wife loved it. She got so many compliments. It was such a great experience working with Andy and Dawn that we went back for our wedding bands. Andy and Dawn helped my wife pick out the perfect style wedding band to compliment her engagement ring and then custom made it perfectly. Once again, my expectations were exceeded. I recently purchased a custom engagement ring at The Diamond House, and the experience was fantastic. The process they followed for custom rings was: we first showed them reference photos of what we wanted. Next they created a digital 3D mockup, which they sent us for feedback. They had this to us within a week of our first visit. Once we approved of that, they created a wax resin model (like what a 3D printer would create), which we got to see in person. This was also finished about a week after the digital mockup. After confirming the wax model looked good, they made the final ring, which took about 2 weeks. The whole process took about a month from first visit to picking up the ring.
