Update: * I'm sorry to say that I've become very dissatisfied with this answering service. I only receive a few dozen calls per month, and I've come to find out that the majority of those calls have gone unanswered. When I contacted the company about the issue a couple of months ago I was assured that they were restructuring due to Covid and they would be more vigilant henceforth. Unfortunately that didn't happen and I'm still seeing missed calls through my online portal. They're charging me a minimal fee of approximately $70 per month, but I'm happy to pay double with a different company to be certain that I'm not missing out on any possible sales. Get it together AAS.
