A J Landmark, Inc. Trampolines & Swings — Attraction in Garden City

BEWARE! For a company that states their products outlasts others, I am thoroughly unimpressed. I purchased the trampoline in 2016 and it tore in 2021 from my kids merely jumping on it as we have installed it underground and taken care of it according to their “warranty”. They state a 5 year warranty, which is untrue and they won’t honor it. I called to inquire with picture proof of my trampoline mat tearing at the stitching within 5 years! I was treated poorly from the very beginning. Phillip was extremely condescending and rude. I purchased the trampoline at a much higher price, promising their products were superior and better than the other brands. For the exorbitant price I paid, I would expect much more out of what we got. Bottom line: regardless of timelines, the quality of this product is poor and the customer service was beyond horrible. I know good companies and customer service when I run across them and this is one who won’t budge at all. They offered no help or any type of compensation/discount for the product that was defective and tore within such a short amount of time of use. I would NEVER deal with this company or brand again! Make sure when you purchase a trampoline/mat you don’t buy this brand. Not only will you receive subpar products, you will be treated poorly as well with no warranty...

We bought the trampoline and safety net. The trampoline went together very easily. We haven’t set up the net yet because it’s a little more involved. The materials all seem to be of the very best quality, very sturdy. The kids (and let’s not kid ourselves—the adults too) are having a ton of fun jumping on our new trampoline.

Latest update: We’ve had the trampoline for about a year now and it has been a great investment. All the kids and adults who’ve used it love it. It’s very sturdy and I imagine it’ll be good for many many years.

Original review: C’mon, AJ Landmark, don’t advertise that you’re open on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm if you’re not actually open, especially if we took the time to call ahead earlier in the week to establish that fact. If there was an emergency then that’s understandable, but there was no indication (e.g., signage) that such was the case.

We bought our trampoline from AJ's 10 years ago. At the time we were debating between the cheaper trampolines or one at AJ's - which was double the price at that time. Went with the higher quality one with AJ because we needed one the wind wouldn't blow around in a storm.....which is an issue where we lived at the time.

Our neighbor's trampolines were all in a landfill in 2 years and ours still looks and bounces great. We have kids in our backyard every day jumping - most have their own trampoline but prefer ours because it "bounces better". That is the only annoying thing about this trampoline - the kids will be at your house jumping.

This trampoline will definitely last the next 6 years until we no longer have kids at home. Then we will sell it to someone on Facebook for a few hundred dollars. One of the best financial decisions that we made for our family and worth every penny extra we spent over the cheaper...
