Adult Factory Outlet Of Largo — Attraction in Largo

Update: I had been gone from area for two years and went in here a couple of days ago and way greeted by my favorite employee they have she is a huge plus for the genuine and friendly atmosphere there. I hope the owners give her the credit she deserves i have worked in the industry and have been to many more adult stores and trust me when I say that friendly, knowledgeable and interesting are not three qualities that jump to mind when you deal with typical adult store employees.. you're lucky if the have even one of those qualities so to have an employee that has all three makes that place a way better than typical experience. And yes I'm pointing out one employee who deserves it but must say that the staff that is there now are all great.. kudos to not only doing something right but for keeping it up, it says a lot about the store that good people want to work there and they stay. And as far as update on store itself nothing has changed still clean,, still great prices and still good selection of toys. Whether you have been shopping and going to adult establishments a long time or if you're thinking about going to one for the first time this is a great place to go. They play good movies in the theaters and also in the booths. They also sell lingerie and women’s shoes plus a ton of movies for sale. Their toy selection is adequate but not nearly as many choices as the place across the street. Where this place really scored points is A) it is very clean even the theaters. B) the staff is are all friendly and give excellent customer service. They all have very different personality types yet they are all very nice, funny and knowledgeable about the products...

Unfortunately I am having recant my 5 star review previously posted! This in no way is a problem I had with the staff, these ladies were wonderful. Where things took a hard left turn and turned into a nightmare is when I finalized my purchase, my merchandise was paid for, it reflected on my account statement right away, I gladly showed them that is was a finalized transaction on my account, not pending, not declined, but paid for finalized in full for the whopping amount of $760.47, not at all a small amount by far, Damn near a grand was taken from me and this business was only concerned about themselves, not me the paying customer, this place completely and without hesitation robbed me blind of that kind of money claiming it didn't show on there end and that I wasn't getting what I had bought and legitimately paid for in full so I was forced to leave empty handed yet less the $760.47 of my money. The items purchased were to be used in a show gas was forced to be canceled and in turn caused me to lose a significant amount of income. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever been through with any business and I will never go back to this place again, nor would I recommend anyone else chancing it and being robbed for any amount of money regardless of how large or small the amount, it just shouldn't happen. Sadly with all the computer errors and system glitches we see on a daily basis in today's world, and we're all aware of these occurrences, even still with knowing this, the owner wouldn't even entertain that idea, and was only worried about his pocket...

I recently visited Adult Factory Outlet and had a great experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable and welcome in the store. The selection of products was impressive and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

However, I do have to mention that the prices were a bit higher than I expected. While I understand that quality products come at a cost, it would be great to see some more affordable options available.

Additionally, the video room could use some improvement. The selection of movies was limited and the quality of the viewing experience could be better.

Overall, I would highly recommend Adult Factory Outlet for their excellent customer service and wide selection of products. With some adjustments to pricing and the video room, this store could truly be exceptional. I give them a positive 4...
