LITERALLY THE WORST MASSAGE EVER

I don't usually wrote reviews only if it's the worst or best experience I've ever had.

This would be my 3rd time at a massage place and let me tell you this is the worst place EVER!

I came here because my best friend got me a $100 gift card for my BD in Jan, lady complained took me over half a year to come.

She told me to go into a room it was so small, I felt claustrophobic. I was taking off my clothes trying to get comfortable, but this lady asked me literally every minute if I am ready rushing me to hurry up.

When she massage me it felt so rough and unpleasant, I swear my body was aching more not because of my long day but because she was TERRIBLE.

This was supposed to be a FULL BODY massage but she didn't massage my feet, which was the main spot I needed.

The last 10 mins she was padding my legs and arms and when I mean padding that's what it was! Not the pro kind when it feels good. The massage was 2 mins short but to be honest I was happy it cut short.

Lastly and I am disappointed in myself that I did tipped her. In the begging she said "aww no tip just 100 for massage" and she asked me again before I left which I gave her $10 wish I didn't I felt she was pressuring me. Update 5-2025 wonderful owner. Always helpful and if you know exactly what you want for body area You need to tell them they will do it I for example harder Massage or a gentle one or do your upper shoulders more, whatever it is it can be done to fit your needs, reliable, honest, good business making appointment helps if you want a certain person.. She spoke to me off and on was extremely attentive to all my needs and her hands were like angel hands. I left right now feeling like I just had a health spa day. Best hour massage ever! I’m new to getting a massage and saw the promotion when I visited a nearby business, so I walked in to give it a try.

The place was dark and quiet.

The lady was brash and quick with trying to upselling me. I said I would like to try the promo offer.

So she told me to come back, for I think another masseuse.. I was still a little confused because she talked really fast. I thought to wait and see if someone else would help me when I came back.

She tried again and this time told me more about the difference. At this point I really didn’t enjoy her tone towards me and was really put off.

I’m disappointed because I was really hoping for more of a relaxing visit. I understand it’s not a Spa, but I also understand customer service. The promo is non-existent.
