Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Washington

This place is an absolute dump of a restaurant.

My wife really likes pizza from Pizza Hut, and we decided to stop. We stayed to eat because of time constraints, but really wish we had not. When we walked in, the staff mostly ignored us till finally the youngest employee walked over to the counter and took our order.

When we went to sit down, we were rather disgusted. EVERY TABLE except three had piles of garbage on them. The place was a disaster. There was food on the floor, piles of dishes everywhere, garbage all around the drink dispenser. It was disgusting.

We sat at one of the only tables without trash all over it and waited. When our pizza came out, it was okay at best. It was not very uniform, didn't cover the entire tray, and looked like it was a half-assed attempt at best. Nothing about it said quality or care.

As we ate, I watched the employees as they avoided work. There were at least 2 people cooking the pizza, one person taking the few phone calls they received, and three people just milling about chatting with each other. Nobody took the time to clean or tend to customers.

Finally a delivery guy came in, noticed the mess and grabbed one of the front staff and started clearing tables. This place is absolutely disgusting, and if it wasn't for the fact my wife had wanted it so badly, we would have requested a refund when we saw the mess and gone...

I ordered a large Tavern crust Hawaiian (Ham & Pineapple plus I put on mushrooms). I ordered this pizza like I always do with BBQ sauce. My pizza comes pretty fast and my delivery driver was very nice and polite. I climb back into bed as I am on day 2 with a migraine. I take a bite of the pizza and it is horribly dry and hardly any sauce at all. Then to make matters worse, I realize it doesn't have BBQ sauce, but regular sauce that I don't like, or order. I ordered on line and 100% know I put BBQ sauce. So I have to call Pizza Hut back and I end up talking to a person who was rude and shouldn't be in customer service. He asked for my number and said "no, you never asked for BBQ sauce". I asked if they could make my pizza right and come pick this one up when the other is delivered. He said No. I ordered what I got. So I'm not asking for a refund, or a credit, but for my pizza to be made the way it should be and they take this pizza back. Joey told me to call Randall the manager and talk to him if I want a refund??? Really. I don't want a stupid refund, I want my pizza made right and not with marinara and dry as paper. If I didn't have a migraine, I would be in my car and they would know how much their customer service is unacceptable. I should have paid more attention to the 3 star reviews. The worst pizza I have...

If I could give this store no stars I would. I have never encountered such a disrespectful "manager" in my life. I put in a $44 order to be delivered to my CORRECT address. I double checked it before I put my order in to make sure everything was right before I placed my order. After a while of waiting we noticed a text on our phone that stated our pizza was at the door, but the pizza was not there. I called and spoke to Dave, the "manager", and told him my order was not at my door. He continued to tell me that I put in the wrong address and that it wasnt their fault that my order was delivered to the wrong place, although I took multiple pictures of my receipt online and it states my actual address. He then told me that he will send my order out, but before HANGING UP ON ME he said under his breathe that he will not tolerate this again and that I need to figure this out myself. This experience was beyond crazy and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I myself have worked at Dominos as a manager and would never speak to a customer like that. Save your money and order pizza somewhere else, Papa John's just came out with an awesome stuffed crust pizza...
