Let's talk about Alan-- Allen. However this man decides to spell his name and describe him for you. He's got hand tattoos gold front teeth up top, and very very well-built. I want him on my team. But that's not why we're here. He looks like he wants to help. And that's not all the reason why I'm here talking about this place because that man single-handedly took the service I was getting from the girl who looks like she's probably never done this before for very long and he absolutely reversed the impression that I had from this location. This dude sets an example of how to be as a human being at work. And then he does so inside of a career path that most people look down on that I however do not. I've always thought that people in the fast food services should make more money because they sell more actual product than anybody else and they will not stop almost perpetual motion all day while they're at work. And that's why a lot of people have such a poopy look on their face. It's because they think they're being judged for working at a burger flipping joint but then they also get to look at their pocketbooks when they get paid and realize that they're already broke just because they don't get tips and they don't get paid more than minimum wage. But Alan doesn't care how much he makes. What he cares about is the fact that he's at work and you're in front of him and he's got a job to do. So not only does he do his job he goes where I haven't seen anybody besides myself go in my past when I worked fast food. Like I was trying to impress people as a young kid trying to get some other company to pick me up. This man's over here trying to take the absolute most amount of pride possible and put it into a milkshake and then bring it up to you and then ask you to try it because if you don't right then and there he's going to take it back and fix it until you're happy. And it's not his attitude that says this like he actually says this to you. I didn't have any question on what Allen's intent was with my food, his intent was to make me want to come back as soon as I finished eating what he just gave me. this dude delivered my milkshake to me, and then the person who hung up the order had not put in one of the ingredients correctly but I couldn't tell because my milkshake was just so damn good. But I asked him about it because again it was so damn good, and what he did is by far the best thing I've seen anybody do in a food scenario by by a long shot so just listen
He's walking to get orders taken for people who are in line behind me, probably just fulfill their drink orders because I think that the order screen you know the place where you talk to that TV in the back that doesn't work. Or wasn't at the night of me being there so he's taking it upon himself to go make sure he can't just get your order started for you. On his way back and I asked him if there was actually the Reese's peanut butter cups inside of my shake because I couldn't tell because again it was so good. Cuz I got it with extra fudge like a lot of extra fudge the way I ordered it it came like that. He called it "the tastes". But when he heard me asking if there was the extra candy in there he looked confused, came over to me and clarified. He then put his nose up with a grin on his face like I got you bro and went inside and I kid you not he made me a sunday, that he put all of the ingredients in that I asked for, like but proportioned for a large shake when it came to the candy. He even gave me extra fudge inside of the Sunday to compensate for the amount of ice cream that I had sucked down in the time I was waiting for my food and seeing him go through to see if he could go just do more work. Like that was so above and beyond because he could have just brought me back a little scoop of Reese's and I would have been happy with that but instead that man made it beyond right he made it better than anything I could have ever had expected.i felt loved and cared for and It was the only nice surprise that I've had in a very long, sad, and...
Read moreCame in tonight for a unicorn slush. I was so excited to get the straw. I ordered at the drive thru and got a slush for my son too. I get to the window and get my drinks. I'm handed two straws, one normal and one thicker. Looked like a thick straw so I asked, "is this the unicorn straw?". Girl replied, yes. I go to drive away and I'm on the phone with a friend telling her how excited I was for the straw. I open it and it's a plain purple Boba straw. I'm upset, so i turn around. I ask a guy what's up and he goes to check on it. Comes back and says they are out. I say, then that should have been told to me at the drive thru. He gets the manager because he doesn't seem to have an answer. Manager comes out and i explain, I hear you're out of the straw. That should have been told when I ordered it, like "hey we're out of the straw for the drink are you ok with that?". If it had been mentioned i wouldn't have gotten it because I didn't want the drink, I wanted the straw. She says, "oh ok I'll take the drink back then". I'm dumbfounded but I say ok but I want a refund. She says "ok i have to take the drink to give you the refund". Ok cool. Hand her the drink. She eventually comes back and says she had to void the whole transaction so she needs to charge me again for my sons drink. At this point, it's laughable how poor her customer service is and I'm not trying to get into it with this teenager. So I pay for the other drink and leave. This was NOT handled properly at all. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a drive thru in my many years on earth. Everyone sounded like they didn't know customer service and they hated their jobs. From the monotone voice in the drive thru speaker, the guy, and the "manager Gracie". They need to be re-trained! I've been a manager for 15yrs in various industries and this was a joke!

Read moreTonight during my visit, someone was being trained, which is fantastic because this place needs some serious help. Every time I come here, I regret it because if you do a mobile order (which should be easy, quick, and convenient) they are going to take ages. Whatever, the buffalo chicken bites are back, so I begrudgingly decided the wait was worth it. I pulled up around 10:55pm. As many of you know, mobile orders only have a spot for stall numbers, so I put that I was in stall 11. I watched a manager train the new person, both of them clearly seeing me waiting in my vehicle at a stall, they didn’t say anything to me. They did talk to their friends, however, who were at the outdoor table. I waited and watched as the screen said my food was being prepared. Finally, it said my order was on the way. However, I know this Sonic, and know that they fudge their numbers. They always mark orders as complete just about when they start to work on them. So I wait longer, nothing. I see the manager and new person come back out, this time with food. Yay! Except, instead, they fed their friends at the table. I waited a minute longer to see if my food was just behind theirs, but alas. Finally, I hit the button, maybe my order got lost or forgotten about. As soon as I hit the button, I was PROMPTLY addressed with (no greeting, no courtesy) “WE ARE DRIVE THRU ONLY STARTING AT 10PM”. It is 11:22, I go through the drive thru, and get my melted drink and cold food. Additionally, they forgot my shake and my ranch. For 30 entire minutes, not one person, through mic or via the fact they stood right in front of my car to socialize with their friends, no one told me that they were drive through only this late. No signs indicated this, nor did the app. Also I want my...
