Dr. Jones is truly the best vet I've ever had!

I switched to him after he was recommended to me by a friend for my senior dog and am so glad I did!

He's incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. The appointments never feel rushed, and he will always make time to answer any question I have, often before I even think to ask them.

The way he approaches our appts, he's clearly somebody doing a job they love and not just somebody trying to maximize their profit.

Something I was surprised by with him, is how he so willing to take how ever long is necessary to look at a situation completely, taking everything into account(age, other health conditions, etc.) before settling on a treatment plan. He keeps me in the loop on his thought process/approach and explains the reasons behind everything. I don't have to wonder if there are other options and trust with his experience, he'll let me know.

He is also considerate of finances and will not resort to the most expensive option(like other vets often do) without first exploring if there are more cost effective options first.

Honestly my only issue is how long it took me to find him. If I had known of him earlier, I could have avoided wasting so much money and frustration like I did for...

I was looking for a veterinary hospital for two hours and when I first came to this place I was surprised. quiet and cozy place with very kind workers. We took our dog here to discuss our options. She's old and having a lot of issues. The vet was very helpful, compassionate & left the decision of what to do up to us. He did not push us either way... didn't demand testing to verify her condition but offered all our options. For many reasons, we did decide it was time to stop her from further suffering. He was very supportive and patient... wouldn't rush us or do anything until we were ready. We could either stay with her through the entire process or leave her in his capable hands & he would not leave her side until she was gone. Highly recommend this vet for all your pets care needs.
