Art & Framing Club — Attraction in Arlington

Superb customer service. I happened to be the only one in the store at the time, but it was because it was a weekend and they were about to close. The staff member on duty, Ted(?), said he would help me, and when I said they were about to close, he said he would stay late(!). He did a fairly straightforward double-mat job on a poster I had (already framed), but I had already taken it to two other places that had said they would do it when we spoke on the phone, but then balked and wouldnt do it when I took it to them at their stores -- or else they didnt have the right colored mat, and/or they wanted to cut the angles in the wrong/opposite direction.

Ted (?; I'm so sorry I cant remember your name) did the work while I waited(!!). Other places were going to have sent the work out, and they considered two weeks a rapid turnaround. Ted did it in 30 minutes! I love this place and will go back. Highly recommend it. Lots of mat colors to select from (more than other places have); they had one that matched my marbled (blue) frame.

I am long overdue to write my rave review for Art & Framing Club on Columbia Pike- and especially in recognizing Willie as one of the best customer service reps I've worked with. He gave listened to our wants, made great recommendations, extended us excellent prices (far better than any in the area- I do my shopping research) and the results were high quality framed pieces that make our home beautiful. I had been holding off on framing a few posters that I had picked up in Europe because I had been told they would cost me several hundred dollars to frame. Not here!
