Read moreMy phone from one moment to the next "lost wireless connection" i was not able to go on the internet or use any application unless i was connected to wifi... I called at&t support and spent about 3 hours on the phone they made me restart my phone & do a bunch of different things & nothing. They told me to go to the actual at&t store that it might have something to do with my sim card. I went to a random at&t store & nothing worked they told me I had to go to the apple store. I went to the apple store & spent about 4 hours for them to tell me there was nothing that they could do that i needed to go to an at&t store.... I couldnt feel more frustrated... I ended up going to THIS at&t store on flager & Milton sat with me for about 3 hours & FINALLY worked his magic!!! I could not be more thankful!!!!!! He did everything he could to make sure I left that day with my phone working! As I sat there for 3 hours while Milton helped me I was observing the staff & how they treated their customers. AMAZING! Extremely nice to every single person & I noticed everyone who walked in left with whatever issue they came with FIXED & HAPPY! I will forever go to this store for any future issues! Thank you...
Read moreJanina was AMAZING! She immediately took hands in the matter and was so effective and knowledgeable on what I had gone there for. She literally gave back life to me. I had lost my phone when it fell off my sons truck roof by mistake and bunch of cars crashed it on Friday 28 after I picked him up at the airport, the phone was a total loss, I was able to contact the insurance and I got the replacement on 3/31. I came from work and at 7:05 pm I took the phone to the AT&T store seeking help to activate the replacement phone and the minute I got to the store she greet me with enthusiasm and willingness to help me. Gave all the information to her and the new phone and she did the activation immediately, faster than what I thought it was going to take. She advise me and helped me get around finding my passwords and ICloud name and she was my savior! Please recognize her and please know that she's an amazing asset to that AT&T store and the company.
