Auri Jewelers — Attraction in Katy

I have resided on Fry for over 15 years and recently bumped into this tiny Jewelry shop to seek help to place a gold bail onto a jade gift I purchased for a special person. Firstly, it was not the correct bail for that certain piece, but I had no time to order another one - John was very professional and took a look at the bail and went off and started tinkering with the bail to see how he could make it work. He came back and showed me how he could make it work by altering the gold bail. I agreed and informed him of the cost and the time frame. He made m.j o promises to get it done quickly as he had other jobs ahead of mine. Well - he called me the next morning to come pick up my piece. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!! This jeweler is very affordable and he will do hi is best to satisfy his customers. I will be bringing all my repairs to him from point forward! Thank you, John and Auri Jewelers!

SCAMMER!! BEWARE!! I brought my 14k necklace in for a repair (the clip was not latching well). This guy removed my 14k clip and replaced it with a 10k clip and kept my original 14k clip that came on my necklace! When I asked him why he replaced my 14k clip with a 10k clip he said because that's what it came in with. LIES!! What he doesn't know is that I took pictures before I dropped my necklace off! I now have (2) 10k clips (the one on the necklace and another one that was supposedly my old one, it's broken so I'm assuming it came off someone else's necklace). I took two of my watches by this location to have batteries replaced simple task guy tells me $15 I say ok let’s do it he says I’m leaving at 2pm today so you’ll have to wait if you want them today I say no problem he takes the two watches I had the batteries replaced several times before this guy comes back the back on one of my watches was scratched and he never even replaced the battery on one of the watches I could’ve dispute the charge be I’m sure he needs the $15 I’ll never spend money at this location this was terrible service terrible workmanship just BAD all the way around.
