I celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday here and overall I was very pleased. I called super last minute to add the decorations, and they still agreed and did such a beautiful job. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and she is the sweetest person ever. Some of the play areas do look a little outdated, but it honestly didn’t bother me or make a difference because all the kids had an amazing time. I absolutely loved that they have the option to close down the facility for privacy, versus other places where you are pretty much surrounded by tons of strangers. At giggles and fun all of my guest were very comfortable and were able to sit down and enjoy the party while their kids played freely without any worries of them being trampled by other kids, we literally had the entire place to ourselves. On another note, the only thing that I was extremely disappointed by, was the lack of attention and effort from the host, and there was 3 of them that day. Like other reviewers mentioned, they all hid in the office the entire time, never once came out to check on anyone or ask if we needed anything. The only time the host were on their game, was when the owner was present, but as soon as the owner left, they were all crammed in the little office just on their cell phones. I still gave a five star rating because before the owner left, I did over hear a conversation were she was telling them to basically be on top of everything so that my husband and I didn’t have to deal with any stress; but like I mentioned, as soon as the owner left, they did absolutely nothing. I was the one that had to go and get them out of their hiding spot when I realized that we only had 30min left in the party room, and we still needed to sing happy birthday and cut the cake. Before the owner left, I asked if the host would please just take over that to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and to avoid going over our scheduled time frame, but like mentioned over and over in my review, all 3 host were no where to be seen and I felt that it was pointless for them to be there. I feel that if the owner hadn’t left that day, the host would have actually done their job. Like I said I still gave the 5 star rating because the lack of attention from the host didn’t keep anyone from enjoying the party. But hopefully the owner decides to put some new employees in place because I would love to book this place again for a future birthday party. Thank you Giggles and Fun! Also a huge thank you to the owner for being so attentive and kind while she...
Read moreI will NEVER book another birthday party at this place again. The workers are LAZY. I booked this place for a private birthday party and with that you are supposed to get custom decorations as well as a host to help you assist the party. My son's party was suppose to start at 1:30pm. When I got there at 1:10pm the girls where just starting to set and had no idea what the decorations where supposed to look like. Olivia said she literally just got hired and had no clue on how the decorations where supposed to go. I had to show the workers how the decorations where supposed to look like. Now mind you the owner Viri is the one who designed this and her workers that are hosting the party have no idea what is supposed to look like. They said Viri never gave them the storyboard. The parents and I helped clean up and decorate the event as 2:00pm was approaching and everyone was showing up. Decorations did not get completed until 2:30pm and the host still did not even include all the decorations, such as the character that were suppose to go in the little Minecraft boxes got left out. The decorations were poor. A manager shows up and tells me I am not even supposed to be here when I asked her what was going on. The manager and host did not provide any services besides cleaning up and throwing the leftovers of my son's birthday cake. I told the host to save my son's cake as I will get it as I leave. I had my son's fondant Steve and Fondant Minecraft character in the cake box, the manger took it upon herself to throw it away without even asking me. The manager and host would only ask if I needed anything after the fact that I and the kids' parents already helped and assisted. I called the owner and text her and still have not heard back. I am very disappointed to have spent all this money for 3 years in a row to be treated this way. I will NEVER book a party at this place again as it has gone downhill and the workers that work there are rude and lazy. I had to work the front desk and have the parents sign there kids in. The host where not doing their job and a party should be fully decorated before it even started. This place needs real Wokers who want to work and not be lazy and rude. In the picture below you can see nothing was put on the tables and yet and we were already 20 minutes...
Read moreHas potential, but I’d drive to a better one in cypress before going back. My first time here.
Unfortunately, I was not greeted upon walking in about 5 young ladies were working behind the counter and 2 were on their phones. I did not feel welcomed or wanted. After asking was I there for open play I filled the waiver and paid $14. My son is 9 months I feel there should be a different price, only bc the space for them is limited to foam blocks and a foam slide. The side of some of the blocks had stuff on them as they hadn’t been wiped down in some time even though on weekdays it states they close to clean mid day.
There was a birthday going on and one mother had her shoes on pass the point of no shoes and even started to step in the area for the little ones. I do a good side eye to show disdain but was not in the mood to get a Karen wound up. not to mentioned almost having to police the older children playing rough in the 2 and under around my son. I commend my patience as I was there for my son to roam free in a child safe environment. I didn’t know I’d never see the workers again until I walked out. In which there was no goodbye no come again and no hand sanitizer 😮💨.
Back to the 2 and under area the stationary blocks like the little slide of the base and some of the wedges should have some sort of rubber on the bottom for that type of floor. My son kept trying to stand up and the slide would move forward without me sitting on it or holding it in between my legs. While I love the play with him it seems like some things should help his independence but he couldn’t even gather his balance trying to move with it and get on it at the same time.
All in all the older kids appeared to be having a blast I would not recommend this for 2 and under though, and you’re looking for a welcoming place this isn’t it. Hospitality 0/10. My honest review I may send my husband to see if he agrees but doubt it. Also I think I saw that they were price matching this month on IG and should’ve used the one in cypress it’s $4.99 for 1 and under Just incase you have to see for yourself. That’s about what...
