Well, I normally drive thru Taco Bells with a slightly altered order (no onions, add black beans, like that) without a problem.
At this one, this time for some reason they doubled the price of the item because I added extra lettuce, etc, and when I got to the window, doubled THAT.
Because the first price was "just for one." When I had ordered 2.
So for 1.69 menu item they wanted 7.00+.
As I was talking about it to the window lady (mgr I guess) my food fell off the window ledge onto the floor by her feet, and she picked it up from the floor and put it beside her on the counter, where ALL THE FOOD going out the window gets set!...
THEN, as I kept asking why the price was so high, another worker came and grabbed the bag and threw it in the trash (I could see all this) and I said, "What did she throw it away for‽" and yet ANOTHER woman went over and took the bag back out of the trash!! And I said to myself, that's definitely done it, I cannot eat here. The Mgr lady was still trying to tell me, "I'll make what you want" so I had to tell her, "No, you have no food for me today. After what I just saw, there's no way!"
So, I have had little issues at this location over the last few months, but honestly, you're paying top price for a strange little group of workers to do Lord knows what out of sight if they nonchalantly want to serve dropped food in the same dirty bag, and take an order out of the trash to hand over... Yeah,...
Read moreI am shocked and appalled at the customer service I recieved here today. I work near by and needed to grab food in walking distance since my car was in the shop. I walk in, and go to the counter to place my order. No one is there to greet. I stand there for a minute waiting for someone to take my order, a man then walks in behind me ready to place his order as well. I am then told we need to place our orders at the kiosk on the wall. Great, but there is no hand sanitizing station on the kiosk or near the entrance of the store. I asked the lady working if they can please wipe it down. They look at me confused, and puzzled. Saying "what did she say?" I repeated the request several times before I could get someone to do so. The three ladies working then get all annoyed and start grumbling, loud enough for me to hear and in my direction. At one point on lady replies, "She can take her business somewhere else, and go to another taco bell." And she is absolutely right, I can do that, and I will do so from here on out. With restaurants all around you, I'll never have to eat there again! You dont get to treat your customers in such a way of disrespect and get upset that they make a simple request to sanitize a machine after each customer use. Keeping a clean store should be a priority especially with an...
Read moreIf I could give less stars then I would. This had to be the absolute worse taco bell I've ever stopped at and thats saying something! The restaurant was nice and clean and looked great. However the food and workers left a lot to be desired. We stood at the front counter for several minutes with no one in site to help us. There were people I'm the back making food who never even acknowledged us. We called out hello several times before someone in the back finally got someone to come help us. I get it sometimes people are busy, that can be excused. The food however cannot! My daughter got a am crunchwrap which they used potato bites instead of hashbrowns on which took away from the taste tremendously. Usually if you use the wrong product you check with the person first. Then the queaadilla I ordered was dripping sauce all out the sides and had more sauce on it than cheese. Not to mention it was only cut on the top so there were no pulling pieces apart to eat. All the sauce caused the tortilla to be super soggy and just all...
