Wow! I have always been an active person but usually lean towards heavy weightlifting. I had major surgery back in May and wanted to ease back into workouts to replace all the muscle that I lost during the recovery process and CP has honestly been the best and most rewarding workout I’ve done in a really long time! After only two months I’m seeing abs! ABS! Something I’ve struggled to achieve ever in my life and they’re just there?! HELLO?! I feel so amazing and confident and am having such a blast in my classes, especially with Jess who works us like you wouldn’t believe and has killer playlists too! As this club comes into its own, I really appreciate some familiar faces like Jess and Maife who help me grow in my practice at this studio. Jess' classes are fun and she picks GREAT music. She challenges me in the most supportive way to get me to a stronger version of myself. Maife has helped my technique SO much. It makes a huge difference in my practice to not just get the workout in, but to isolate and build the core muscles I need to do the movements. If you're on the fence, take this as a sign to give it a try. Pilates is the ONLY workout routine I've stuck with for more than a few months or less.
