Kimmy is hands down the best nail artist you will ever find!

I’ve been trusting Kimmy with my nails for over 2 years, and I can confidently say she’s the only person I would ever go to. I’ve followed her journey from working for a company to becoming her own boss, and let me tell you—she has nailed it (pun intended)! No matter what you’re looking for—regular polish, gel, dip, or Gel X—Kimmy has you covered.

However, where she truly shines is in her amazing nail art and nail care. If you want intricate designs, she can create anything you can imagine, and her cuticle work? It’s flawless. She has an incredible eye for detail, and is always making sure my nails look exactly the way I want them. I can count on her to bring my ideas to life, but also push me out of my comfort zone and try new things I’d never thought of—but always love!

Kimmy is meticulous, always double-checking with me to make sure everything looks perfect, and if there’s ever a tiny issue (which, honestly, hardly ever happens), she’s quick to fix it—before I even notice! My nails never break, and I love that I can proudly say they're my natural nails—something Kimmy knows how to protect and care for like no one else.

She truly knows her craft and her clients. Kimmy could probably do your nails blindfolded and still get them perfectly shaped and filed, whether you prefer almond, coffin, square, or anything in between. She remembers every little detail from your first visit, which helps her guide your nail growth journey with the utmost care and expertise.

Beyond being an incredible nail artist, Kimmy is just a joy to be around. She’s warm, kind, and so easy to talk to. Every appointment feels like catching up with an old friend. We even stay in touch between visits, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks. She's not just a nail tech; she’s like a therapist, bestie, and nail artist all in one.

I loved how my nails turned out, but the price ($123) might have me second-guessing.

I’ll admit—I showed up 10 minutes late (which I know isn’t ideal), but everyone there made me feel like I was treated with less hospitality than others who came in after me.

I usually do my own Gel-X or builder gel nails at home, but it was my birthday, and my mom had been in the hospital for a week, so I really wanted to treat myself.

I knew things weren’t going to go well when they pulled out some off-brand nail extensions—even though the website clearly advertised "Gel-X Extensions." When you advertise Gel-X, you should be using the actual brand-name products.

After the 3 hours it took to finish my nails, they did look amazing. But the next day, one of them chipped on the side. I went in to get it fixed, and my appointment was canceled.

Less than a week later, the gold studs had completely worn off, leaving behind just white dots. And by day 9, the extensions started popping off. Now my natural nails look terrible, with a visible line across each nail where the extensions used to be.

I have a regular office job, so they really should’ve lasted longer. I okay paying alot for nails but they should last longer than these did.

After this whole experience, I’ll 100% be going back to doing my nails at home.

UPDATE!! the salon called me 8am on a Saturday to tell me that they are sorry and I will be provided a refund. After I agreed they ghosted me and I haven't heard back. So the lesson of the day is that they dont really care...

I have been a loyal client of Curve for years – in fact, I followed Kimmy from her previous salon to this new location. Let me tell you, it was the best decision for my nails and peace of mind. My nails were in terrible shape before I met Kimmy, thanks to some local salons that cared only about speed and churned out rushed, sloppy services. Ever since Kimmy took over my nail care, I’ve seen a complete transformation. She took my weak, brittle nails and nurtured them back to health with patience and expert care. You can feel that she truly prioritizes nail care, health, and aesthetics over just getting you in and out the door. The result? My nails have never been stronger or looked more gorgeous!!!

Curve deserves every one of these five stars and more. Kimmy has created something truly special – a salon that combines top-notch nail expertise, a caring touch, and a luxurious atmosphere. I’m so grateful to have a nail technician who not only makes my nails look stunning, but also keeps them healthy. The peace of mind I get here is priceless. If you’re looking for a nail salon that will exceed your expectations on every level, this is it. I honestly can’t recommend Curve enough!
