Daddy O's Discount Stereo — Attraction in Fruit Cove

My father went there on Thursday for a tinting application just to do 2 windows the driver and passenger windows they told him to be there by 8:45 on Friday moring he got there at 830am his appointment was for 9am at 9 30 he asked the girl how much longer till they start she said any minute 10 comes around then at 1030 he asked will he still be seen today she said yes he comes in at 11 why would you have someone be there by 845 in the am just for him to sit there for that long and then tell him at 11 they start tinting then she says well I didn't want you to lose your spot really so my 70yr old father sat there for all that time for nothing ive never had such horrible service I got a mobile tint guy to come to my house same price 5yrs warranty and he the appointment was for 12 he called and was at my house at 11 and had it done by 1130 and he even had the front window done for the same price we have multiple cars and trucks and wanted to use this company since its 10mins up the road but never again the girl at the front desk needs to learn how to book a appointment and deal with customers how can you turn around and be nasty when your the one...

Took my Corvette along with a buddy that has one and upon my recommendation to use them he purchased and had installed in his vette due to my work hours I couldn't commit to having mine changed same day but when I returned a week later I was quoted over 250.00 more. Josh was the one that helped us, I was not happy with the 2nd visit as I have used them since 1995 and had great service and prices, I even worked at Pep Boy's across the street as a service advisor/manager and sent them a ton of customers and then this happened and I posted a review that isn't posted on the website, and never was even contacted by them for a resolution and the lady that helped me was quite rude what a shame. So looks like I'm going to give them some free...

Worse experience ever! Chris was the installer of my radio. I had to take my radio to another installer after he did not connect my cameras that was included, cut the camera wires to short to even use, didn't connect the Bluetooth capability, the tweeters don't come on until the volume is pass 39 or so... just a complete bosh job!!! Scratched my interior up, customer service sucks! Lord why didn't I come to the reviews 😫. He then tell me because of my brand new "Chinese radio" I'll have some glitches. Tried to explain why the tweeters didn't come on "Chinese garbage" radio, after taking my $150. More like garbage installing. Save your money, time and frustration. Go some place else. Wish I could...
