Red Owl Coffee Company — Restaurant in Fruit Cove

Went through the drive through for the first time this afternoon. The customer service was on-point with a smile, and I used a 40% off coupon I got through the mail. The prices are already pretty great as-is, so the 40% was an added bonus to my already fantastic first-time experience! I got a salted caramel cold brew, and it was delicious, as well as a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. Starbucks doesn't sell cinnamon raisin bagels anymore, so this was a nice surprise to find that Red Owl serves them, AND they did NOT disappoint with the amount of cream cheese they put on my bagel! My pup also came through the drive through with me, and she got a complimentary pup cup, and the manager/barista took her photo and told me if I came in anytime next week, her photo with her pup cup will more than likely be on their wall inside! Red Owl also offers other food options and SMOOTHIES (which I will definitely be coming back to order on a workout day), so this place is definitely a great option to satisfy everyone's taste buds, not just coffee drinkers! Coffee, Smoothies, Teas and energy drinks, this place has everything you're looking for in a drink. They also have breakfast sandwiches as well and small bakery items.

I tried their pumpkin spice iced coffee and it was fantastic. If you like pumpkin spice and want something better than Starbucks, this is it. The best pumpkin spiced coffee I've ever had! My husband had a strawberry smoothie and said it was also good. Elianos better watch out, Red Owl is here for some serious competition. Skip Dunkin and Starbucks, this is the place to get coffee. If you have time you should go inside it's warm and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. They also have pup cups and cat cups! I've never seen cute photos of cats being offered the same thing! 😺

I have drove by here a few times, and I never stopped. Being on blanding is both a curse and a blessing. You have a lot of traffic but it can be difficult getting off and on the roads at certain times of the day. Also, their street sign is gone due to Helene I believe.😔 I don't know much much that cost but I hope they can get it replaced soon.

I ordered a Large Iced Drink without the ice for the purpose of enjoying it the next day. Doing this reveals the harsh truth of the way Red Owl Coffee Company financially screws the customer over. For the reason that ordering a large iced coffee drink is only the liquid volume of a medium blended. So the only way to not get financially screwed over by this company is ordering their blended drinks. An Iced Drink with no ice can be put into the refrigerator at home for the next morning. And it will not be watered down at all. Compared to them adding the overuse of ice to water down the Iced Drink that does not taste as good. And there is another way they screw one over from a coffee connoisseur personal review of this place.

Originally I planned to give this place a 5 star review until this last experience. Reason for the potential 5 star is due to the quality their limited selection of flavored blended drinks and smoothies is up there with Dutch Brother. Though after this last experience I do not feel they deserve that original 5 stars I had considered giving them.
