DDB: Daisy Day Brands — Attraction in Fort Walton Beach

I placed an order to be personalized for a wedding. The order had to be pre-paid which is understandable. They called me approximately a week later (I thought they were calling to let me know my order was ready for pick up) but, they advised that the name I requested was ONE digit too long. I was asked to change it to just the initials, I advised I really wanted it to be the LAST name. They suggested that I go ahead and receive the item without the embroidery and that they would have their "local embroidery shop" put the name on it, however, I would have to pay (again) for the embroidery. The items I paid for included the charge for embroidery in the first place. As this was their error I really feel I shouldn't have been contacted at all. Considering it is their business it should be their obligation to know the requirements (number of font/ lettering that can be placed on the item) before the order is placed. They should not expect me to pay the local embroidery charge - (that was included in my original order.) Warning - Poor...
