Home choice is avoiding my calls. Won't Answer to my complaint was told a district manager was Gona call that was 2 weeks ago. Was told to call in to corporate I did never got a call back. The corporate number won't even take my calls anymore! So what's the matter home choice don't want my complaint going public? You guys can either reach out and make this right or I'm Gona take it to my social media following of hundreds of thousands of people and share the real story in depth about my entire experience with home choice! Won't look good in the media either! Then I'll see you in court! Or you guys can simply replace the broken chair that you sold to a disabled man who told you just how much I needed this chair and just how much it was Gona help my daily quality of life! 1500 dollars for junk! I have to start from the beginning here. I had ordered a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture and was so disappointed when we got a message saying we would be waiting 3-5 weeks for our set. Called Dream Home Furniture and they were able to get us the SAME set in less than 1 week. Half the problem these days is getting somebody to answer the phone. Quinton answered my call right away, was extremely helpful, and you could tell actually cared about what I was saying. I stopped in later and sat down with Bailey. She helped me find the same items I ordered from Ashley Furniture, and even had me test out the mattress to make sure I still liked it. Bailey was super thorough making sure I got exactly what I wanted, AND beat the price that I had paid at Ashley Furniture. They say they have the best prices in town, and let me tell you - they do. Customer Service is top notch. The place is beautiful, and you can tell the people that work there are there because they enjoy what they do and enjoy helping their customers. I will be recommending Dream Home Furniture to everyone I know. Truly wish I would have...

Moving into a new place can be a super stressful experience and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. We were looking for a new table for my folks who are downsizing and living on a fixed income and we worked with Shane (and briefly Cole) and they were not only friendly and extremely helpful, but they also helped to find an option that worked in their budget. They had such a wide variety of products to look at and they really knew how to make a person feel like they actually cared and didn't just want a sale. Super laid back and not pushy. We will DEFINITELY go back to them again and I will recommend to all my friends and family. You guys fricken rock, seriously.
