Heather cut and colored my hair a few times and did a great job. When I couldn't get an appointment with her, the staff referred me to Theresa. My hair was very long, almost to my waist. I told her I wanted a long layer. She said she didn't think I would like that and started cutting. It wasn't until she turned my chair around that I realized that she had cut about 6 inches off the bottom. I have curly/wavy hair, and she cut it straight across, which doesn't work for my hair type. And it was crooked. I couldn't believe she took it upon herself to take that much length off. It was NOT what I asked for! I tried calling the salon a few times to talk to someone about how unhappy I was because I didn't want to leave a bad review. But no one ever called me back, so here we are. Also, the haircut was very expensive, and I ended up over tipping Theresa because, unfortunately, the tip is always a reflection on the customer, never on the service given. I will never...

Went in for a haircut, got home and realized how bad it looked when not styled by a hair stylist (curls cover the mess ups) so I went in for a “fix” and left with my hair looking worse than the initial haircut. I left a message about me not initially liking the first cut(which also the hair stylist admitted during the fix that I was not wrong in any way) but when the manager contacted me about getting it fixed I made it clear I didn’t really want the same stylist as that is the reason I am in this situation but was kinda pushy to schedule with the same person. Which I understand as that person messed it up so they should have to fix it for free since they were already paid but the top priority should be the clients comfort. No one contacted me after the “fix” to make sure everything is ok so that says a lot to their customer service. But all in all I will not be returning back and would never recommend this...

✨ Five stars isn’t enough! ✨ I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Grace , and WOW — she completely exceeded my expectations. She did a strawberry blonde balayage with a few custom pieces, and it turned out so beautifully — better than any inspo photo I brought in. The blend, the tone, the dimension… everything was on point.

She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and her clients. I left feeling like a whole new person, and I’ve gotten non-stop compliments since!
