The technician that was inside the store at my time of entry was quite nice, listed the issues I had with a custom PC I was trying to build, took care of that, ended up going home and finding an issue, called back and was offered to come back and fix it again and he did it for free. I will say some of the methods used in fixing are not some I’d personally do. (Ex. Connecting cables while the PC is on, that’s generally a no in my books), there was additionally some formatting issues I’d had on my drive after he had to reinstall windows but it was easy to fix so I can’t complain, people are human. I can recommend this place for custom pc repair, and any repair in general! The pricing is very good compared to other shops around and it seems fair for the quality of work. Being more knowledgeable in tech definitely helps speed a repair up, so definitely get together what is wrong with something and what caused it to go wrong. I have a neuromstimulator implant for acute chronic pain. The charger stopped working and the company that made it went out of business. I went into everything geeks and spoke to Andy about fixing it.he was. Extremely friendly, courteous and informative. He said to give him some time as he needed to diagnose and find parts for it and since it was a medical grade device it might take awhile. He called me a few days later and explained that the charging port had become disengaged and he needed to replace but needed to find the exact part since it was a medical device. A week later he called and said that he had found the part and replaced the port. You could tell from his voice he was ecstatic that he was able to help and save me from surgery as that would have been the only alternative. We are more than impressed with this company from the moment we walked in and asked for our phone to be serviced and he showed that our phone was completely outdated he offered options not trying to sell me anything and offering that I go look elsewhere in return I followed through with my feeling that he may be the right people to buy from so I asked specifically for a phone that was not new but was Modern and would last me for quite some time he turned around reciprocated and gave me everything I asked and we are very very pleased with the service.
