It used to be one of my favorite brands, and I especially loved this store because of the service. Unfortunately, today I was shopping and didn’t realize that the items I was buying were final sale and couldn't be exchanged or returned. I picked the wrong size and went back to the store to exchange them for the correct one.
When I got to the register, I was told I couldn't return or exchange them… This was incredibly frustrating, especially because the cashier who sold me the items the first time was the STORE MANAGER, and she failed to inform me about the conditions of these items. In fact, the woman who initially assisted me told me that if the size wasn’t right, I could come back and exchange it (which is exactly what I did).
During my second visit, the manager “tried” to process the exchange, but according to the system, it wouldn’t allow it. As some sort of consolation, she told me all was not lost — that I could find someone to tailor the garment so I could wear it. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?
